Amanda is Amazing. This is the second house shes helped us sell and we never want to work with anyone else. I looked all over PNW for a house and worked with several agents in the area and by far Amanda was the most attentive and knowledgeable agent as well as compassionate. When I sent her the listings I was interested in, she did the research and gave me all the relevant information so I could know ahead of time what to look for or even decide if I wanted to make the trip. When we did see houses, she knew to look out for any structural and maintenance issues and also informed me about the neighborhoods. We made an offer on a house that had a lot of bids and she even helped me come up with a personal note and helped navigate the anxiety/stress of not getting the house. She was so much better than any of the other agents I worked with. I ended up buying in NY instead but I wish she had still been my agent. And I learned a lot from her which helped me catch some bs that other agents tried to pull. Really highly recommend!

Amanda has done a phenomenal job helping us sell our house and land in Poulsbo. Her geographic knowledge paired with her understanding of current RE trends made her feedback and recommendations to us invaluable. She was incredibly communicative and went out of her way to walk us through each process and form step-by-step, respected our wishes and advocated for us every step of the way. We let her know we had a tight timeline to sell, and she somehow got the house prepped, listed, and 3 offers on the table (at asking with contingencies waived!) within 5 days of our initial contact with her- we couldnt believe it! When the buyers threw us multiple last-minute curveballs, Amanda immediately assessed our options and weighed them to us to get us the best outcome. Not only this, but she helped us find someone to help with cleaning, yardwork, and removal of junk within hours of finding out it needed to be done.
