Amanda assisted me is selling my parents property. She was very patient and allowed it to be listed for over 2 years until I was ready to sell the property. Once it went on the market we received a full Price offer immediately. Also Since Amanda was working with me already I listed my own home with her. When the listing went public we immediately received 3 offers. She always kept us informed on what was happening next. Selling both of these Properties could Not have been done better by anyone else.

Time and time again Amanda went above and beyond any Real Estate agent that I have ever worked with. Her high drive and attention to details instills confidence with her client in the process of buying, and or selling a home. She helped this military veteran and current first responder find the quiet home on a beautiful piece of land, that I was I was looking for.

Amanda Spears and her group did an outstanding job closing a complicated multiple property deal on-time even with the many complications would would imagine involved with family owned property. In the end all of us were happy with the results.

She knew exactly what were were looking for and went above and beyond finding us listings that she thought would fit our needs! SHE DELIVERED! She made us feel comfortable when making decisions or expressing concerns. We couldn't be happier with our first home and she made us feel confident in our decision.
