ZillowVERIFIED Amanda helped me find the exact property that I was looking for. She has a great personality and was very accommodating with my schedule. Communication was swift and honest via email, text, phone, and even FB messenger (however I chose to contact her, she responded in a timely and professional manner). She spent a lot of time with me to figure out the things that were must-haves, and, more importantly, the things that were deal breakers. She has a good team behind her; when she needed help in unfamiliar areas, she was able to get answers quickly. We were able to get a great property at a great price in a short amount of time. Overall, it has been a great experience working with Amanda Smith.

ZillowVERIFIED Very friendly--I was very impressed with the timely manner in which she responded to any and all questions-if she didn't know the answer she would find it. She also knows a lot about the area--things to do places to go.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Amanda Smith was as good as it gets. Amanda was very professional and conducted herself with great respect to our needs. She did everything she said she would and more. She worked very hard to make sure we knew what was going on during the process at all times. Amanda is a very nice person and it shows when you work with her. She was not a high pressure sales person and made sure she was servicing our needs with all she done. We have worked with several realtors over the years and found Amanda to be one of the best that we have worked with. I would highly recommend Amanda to anyone in need of a realtor.
