ZillowVERIFIED Amanda and her team were very professional and knowledgeable. We explained exactly what we were looking for and set our search accordingly. They were extremely tentative to our needs. And always made time for us to go look at potential houses. I highly recommend using her and her team. You won't regret it!

ZillowVERIFIED Today we were able to sell our fathers home thanks to the help of Amanda at Shipley Homes, LLC . Being this was an inheritance sale it was all new to us but she put our minds at ease and went to bat for us when needed. She was able to complete this entire process so quickly. While this is something we didnt forsee us having to do for a long time, it was nice to know she was there to help and guide us through this process. She is very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend her service when looking to sell or buy. She also sold Kayla her home and took care of my baby who at the time was only 19 yrs old. Another great transaction. Not only is she wonderful at her job but as a human, she is top notch! We cant thank you enough. Thank you my lovely friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Hands down the most efficient, knowledgeable and personable real estate agent I have worked with. Amanda helped me buy my home back in 2015 for an amazing price and helped me sell my home for 40 thousand dollars over asking price! I moved out of state and Amanda assisted with obtaining all contractors on my behalf. The entire process took less than a month and I never had anything to worry about. If you ever need professional assistance with any real estate transaction you would be in good hands with Amanda.

ZillowVERIFIED Out of town client here - Amanda was very easy to work with and ensured she used the little time that I had in the best possible way. She might have, and I?m sure she did, work in other clients but I felt she gave me 100% of her time while I was in town for only a few days. It?s without saying that everything else that a normal realtor does, Amanda goes beyond that, she was top notch and utilized every moment to my best interest.

We got off to a slow start, since there were a lot of questions that had to be answered before we cold put my property on the market, and I'm living in Tennessee. Once we got far enough along to put it on the market, I decided to list at what we both thought was high, so Id have bargaining room. A short bidding war later, the property sold for almost double my initial asking price. Amanda came up with a suggestion for clearing the property that added a last minute +$15,000 to the sell price. Great!! I HIGHLY recommend her as a real estate agent. (Very nice as a person too.) Hope the buyer is as happy with the result as I am.

ZillowVERIFIED I must confess that Amanda is the best real estate realtor I ever met in my entire life. Period. She isn?t lazy to get the job done, and I like her style of ?go and get it? attitude. She?s smart and savvy business woman, and doesn?t spare any effort to get her clients the best deal. I worked with her on three properties and can easily repeat this twice more. She used a drone to show certain landmark in proximity to the properties.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda Shipley is a true professional! When we decided to interview her to list our rehab property, we knew right away she was perfect for the job. She provided a detail portfolio of her experience which confirmed what we already knew; a hard worker, a good communicator, and knowledgeable in her craft. Four days after she listed the property we had it under contract! Amanda is a fabulous realtor, smart, strategic, and passionate about Maryland real estate. I highly recommend her for your next real estate investment!

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda was a great realtor, but I knew that before hiring her. Her work ethic is out of this world and she gets things done. Shes also easy to talk to and work with making the whole process less painful. Amanda listed my house for me, told us the small touch-ups that can change the look of the house, added professional photography and digital staging. We ended up having over 30 showings, 3 offers and sold for what we wanted.

ZillowVERIFIED Simply put, she is the best. I highly recommend Amanda for investors and owner occupants alike. She knows the ins and outs of the entire business. Its like hiring an agent, general contractor, and appraiser all in one. I will use Amanda for all of my Baltimore area transactions from this point forward. I told Amanda the type of rental property I was looking for, the neighborhood I was looking in, and how much rehab I was looking to put in. She found me the perfect property pretty much immediately, and she was able to give me very accurate estimates on the after-repair value, the amount it would rent for, and the cost of the rehab. She hooked me up with great contractors, an insurance agent, an inspector, and could have gotten me property managers and lenders if I needed them as well. She was able to help every step of the way.

ZillowVERIFIED I had prior, just finished having a bad experience with a different realtor and had lost valuable time, now I was shoved right up on the holidays. Long story short, I found Amanda just from calling a couple offices randomly. Amanda listed my home three days before Thanksgiving & had my home sold a week before Christmas for my asking price. She was professional all they way every moment, a steady and great communicator & answers her phone/texts (phenomenal :) . I have a vast background in RE in Florida (20 years ago :) ; and I have seen many realtors do their thing. This young lady is in the top three realtors I have ever seen. She is really good on all levels and she has a knack for reading people and meeting their needs both mentally, emotionally and circumstantially in these huge critical times in their lives. In other words she is good with people, very patient, listens and isnt neglectful. I was very impressed with her and with all the advice she gave. I am very glad she was by my side when toward the end of our deal, the buyers awful chosen lender made the closing 14 days late, which freaked me out each day as it dragged on. Amanda stayed right on top of this threat to our deal, calling communicating, & keeping the buyers incompetent lender accountable at every turn. She made the deal, she protected the deal, she is very serious about having a great reputation and being successful in her career. I saw no incompetence in her, and I have very high standards in business. She was reeaallyy good to work with and gave much sound advice along the way, which I would love to also share here, but it would make this review too long:) I now have 80k in the bank. Without finding her, I think I would probably still be sitting... with the house buried in the snow right now, losing $, biting my nails and waiting for Springtime to have a shot. Thanks Amanda!

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda came highly recommended from a friend who used her as her Realtor when she bought her house. I wanted to get into real estate investing but with my credit I couldnt be approved for a loan. Amanda taught me a lot about the business, how to get around that and introduced me to a private lender who would lend me the money I needed without credit. The rate was high but she told me once I had good credit and income I could get conventional rates and save money. I started with the first property, bought it and turned it into a rental. The money was really good from that so I bought another, and another, and she helped my family members buy homes. Now its been 4 years and the majority of my income comes from real estate and I now can get conventional loans at better rates. Had it not been for Amandas resourcefulness, advice and connections I would not have been able to get into the industry so soon and become so successful so fast. I strongly recommend getting her on your team.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda sold my home for me with multiple offers. First she recommended the things I needed to do or update to get a better return and sell quicker. With the things she had me to we were able to list 5k above what I had originally wanted and she was right! It got us multiple offers and we sold above list price. Im sure her marketing had something to do with it as well because she hired an amazing photographer - the photos were very artistic and made the house look even better. She mad a beautiful hand out and also had it all over social media, she wasnt kidding when she told me how many social media followers she has. She was very strong and assertive in the negotiation process as well. I will recommend her to everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED My experience overall was the real world representation of murphys law. This was not a smooth and painless process. There were hiccups and speed bumps up until an hour before closing. That said, Amanda was great at navigating those speed bumps. Amanda understood the unique criteria that I was looking for and did not try to force larger properties on me in order to insure she received a bigger payday. In fact, I saw homes ranging from 60k-215k. Amanda, understood my need to understand what is going on each step of the way and she was very easy to get in touch with. Amanda is very driven and takes her job seriously, she will help connect you with the property you are looking for.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Amanda by a friend and used her to buy our first home, we were so clueless and I asked a million questions which she always answered day or night, was always quick to respond, anytime we needed something, she was super knowledgeable and was 100% honest with us even when it would not benefit her. That is rare to find these days. She is completely genuine and honest and really knows her stuff. We were really impressed!! She took us through a long long process with a short sale and was aggressive when she had to be with the bank to make sure things got done and followed up on every issue and every question we had. If you want someone honest, down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable, knows all areas, and will be there for you anytime day or night, then you need Amanda. She is nothing short of amazing!! We wouldnt of been in our dream home without her! Amazing realtor and great person !

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda has been my realtor in the Baltimore City and Baltimore County area for the last 18 months. In that time I have purchased three properties through her and have placed well over 200 offers as well. She works incredibly hard for me with each property that I am interested in or have indeed purchased. As an investor in the area I could want for more from a local Realtor, I have a will gladly recommend her again in the future.
