ZillowVERIFIED Amanda Sherwood is an excellent realtor and I would highly recommend her if you are looking for property in her area. She maintains her professionalism and was well informed on the properties we visited. It was obvious that she studied the background of each property before showing the home to us. Amanda spent hours answering our questions and providing objective data on the homes we saw. Amanda was patient and easy to work with. She truly made our buying experience pleasant and successful.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda was fantastic to work with while we searched high and low for the perfect cottage. Amanda was willing to look at anything that peaked our interest, offered up her suggestions on choices for us, and searched for every last bit of information we might have needed to make our choice. We asked a ton of questions, and Amanda was always quick to respond with thorough detail on any info we might have needed. (Thank you for being so patient with us, Amanda!) She worked diligently on our behalf negotiating with the sellers, and made our transaction extremely easy to process. I would not hesitate to recommend Amanda to anybody looking to purchase a new home or cottage! She is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda is great! We were first time home buyers, and she was very helpful throughout the whole process. At closing, there was some trouble with the renters in the home we bought, and she went above and beyond to get the situation figured out and under control. We highly recommend Amanda if you're looking for a realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Friendly from the start, highly knowledgeable, and very helpful. I needed help selling my late Mother's home up north since it was 3 and a half hours away! She went out of her way to make appointments for repairs and let people in to show the house or fix what needed fixing. I'd highly recommend her to anyone :) She made a very difficult task so much easier! Thank you, Amanda!

ZillowVERIFIED I had my eye on a log cottage style home I saw on the internet and drove up to see if I could get a look at it. In the pictures it was beautiful. I called Northern Lakes Properties, the listing agent and spoke with Amanda. She came out to meet us and walked us through the place. She was very patient and allowed us to check everything out. She knew a lot about the area and passed that information on to me. Because of her knowledge of the mortgage process and the area, and her willingness to meet me several times at the home, I ended up purchasing my new log home!! LOVE IT and HER!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I met Amanda in July, 2016. I was looking for a summer cottage on Houghton Lake. Amanda showed me 16 properties in one day! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I really enjoyed working with her. I put in an offer on a cottage in December, 2016, and closed on it in January, 2017. I would recommend Amanda Sherwood to anyone that wants to purchase a home or property in the Houghton Lake area!
