ZillowVERIFIED Amanda helped my family relocate back to Denver from the East Coast. She was amazing to work with and made the process of buying our home (from 1,600 miles away) very easy. She was so helpful in every aspect of our purchase - from finding and showing the home to us, to the contract negotiation, to getting everything sorted out for closing. We could not have been happier with Amanda and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda was so helpful to us in the process of buying our first home! I certainly appreciated that she emphasized making us happy rather than making a deal. In that way she felt more like a smart friend than our agent. As a first time home buyer, in a super competitive market, her expertise and creativity was a blessing to myself and my wife. We will definitely work with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda helped my wife and I purchase our first home in Denver, CO. As first time home buyers, we were unfamiliar with the process and had endless questions. Amanda was always responsive, professional, and patient. Additionally, her knowledge of the Denver market allowed us to find a home that we absolutely love! Since our purchase, I have referred Amanda to several other people who have all raved about their experiences as well. I highly recommend Amanda Sheppard for anyone seeking a professional, savvy, and responsive agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda is far and away the most amazing realtor I have met in Denver! I first worked with her when she helped me look for a studio space to purchase; she was so patient even knowing that there was a high probability I would not find the perfect space. Since then she has helped both my mom and my in-laws find the perfect homes in Denver to match their budget and lifestyle needs. She has been so personable and helpful with anything we have ever needed! Tony Schiess

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda helped us buy our house, and we loved her so much that we returned to her when we were looking for houses for my parents and my in-laws. Each time, she did an excellent job of helping us find and get the house we wanted. She is experienced and very responsive. It is clear that Amanda loves her work and she is great at it - I cannot recommend her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda was AMAZING to work with. My husband and I moved to Colorado from California and were completely lost when starting the home buying process(also this is our first home). Amanda met with us an entire year and a half prior to our move to give us an overview of what to expect and what we need to do to be successful. She was there every step of the way with a smile and positive attitude. But most importantly, she is honest and that is a rare quality to find in a realtor. She was such a joy to work with and really did everything she could to help us get our dream and first home. We would recommend her to anyone in the market for purchasing or buying a home (we actually have already!). She is kind, reliable, hard working, and fun! And we will definitely work with her in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with a number of real estate professionals prior to meeting Amanda and none of them had the local knowledge of neighborhoods, schools etc. like Amanda. She patiently listened to all of our needs and helped us to find the perfect house (even when we were not actively looking). She was honest, straightforward and never pushy and helped us understand the home buying process. She often made home visits with paperwork to make the entire experience seamless. We will only use Amanda going forward and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda is a true professional. She helped us during the purchase of our first home. We wanted an affordable house in a small and desirable neighborhood. Through this impossible task she kept our emotions and frustration at bay and found the perfect house. Our great experience led us back to her when we had to move just two years later. It was the same story. She came up with a winning plan and kept us sane through all the stress. She was a great negotiator for both deals and totally understands the market. We later recommended her to two sets of close friends that also could not have been happier. I would seriously have considered paying for her license in Georgia if she would have been able to help us purchase our second house! There was a night and day difference in the level of expertise and competence between Amanda and multiple Realtors we dealt with after. Could not possibly recommend her more highly!

ZillowVERIFIED When we met Amanda we were brand new to Denver and we knew nothing. Amanda knew everything. And most importantly, she got to know us. When it came time to finding our home, there were no wasted efforts. Amanda knew what we wanted and found it for us. And she got us a good deal. Can't ask for much more.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough wonderful things about Amanda. She walked us through our first time home buying experience with patience and knowledge. She always had time to answer our questions, and never made us feel preassured to buy. Amanda has remained a resource to us over the years since, and would be the only person we would navigate the home buying/selling process with in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda is amazing at what she does! As first time home buyers, we needed a lot of education, support, and guidance. Amanda went above and beyond in making the home buying process not only successful for us but also enjoyable. Look no further if you are buying or selling a home. Amanda knows the market, can spot things you won't, and somehow finds a way to make the whole experience memorable in all the right ways.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda Sheppard was an incredible real estate agent. She was tremendously patient, knowledgable, proactive and reliable. Amanda sets herself apart by being willing to truly listen to what is important to her clients and what they are looking for. We lost hope after not getting a house the first go around and she assured us that we would find our dream home and not to lose patience and she was right! We felt like we could trust her and she had our best interests in mind.

ZillowVERIFIED We sold a home with Amanda, and I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had with an agent ever. Not only does Porchlight provide excellent services, but Amanda made this the most seamless transaction we have ever done. We will be referring her to friends, family, and anyone who mentions they are looking to buy or sell in the Denver area!

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda was extremely responsive and talented in helping me sell a home for a man for whom I was the Power of Attorney. Even though I live 450 miles from Denver, Amanda made the process seem simple. She staged the property and had it looking better than it had in years. The offers came immediately and the property sold very quickly. She really knows her business and I would certainly use her services again.
