Amanda was a perfect agent. She showed us houses for a couple of months and was always quick to respond with times she could meet us at the properties. She was also very accommodating with our schedules even considering she often had to drive much further than we did. When it came to the homes she was quick to point out things to us that were either of great value or concerns to be aware of. Often she was pointing out issues with homes that we walked right past without noticing. At no point did it feel like she was trying to push us into a sale. When it came to buying our first home (which we just closed on) she was still very communicative. She recommended different inspectors and builders for repairs. She always gave us multiple recommendations. When it came to buying, she worked really hard for us. We had an issue with the roof that she pushed really hard to negotiate on and was able to get the seller to come down in price a bit. She also was very good about keeping us on task with each next step. Reminding us gently to sign this or look over that. In the end I cant imagine doing any of this without her. She is someone that I will happily recommend to any of my friends and family.

I initially met Amanda in 2021 when I was apartment hunting. She was very helpful and showed me some properties and talked to me about other options that she was not able to assist with but knew they would be helpful for me and my family. I appreciated her information and patience so much that I knew I would use her as my realtor when it was time to buy my house. I participated in a first time home buyers program called NACA. Amanda followed their registration requirements, took the time out to do their trainings and communicated throughout this whole process with them. It was new to what she was use to and very frustrating because they had all this criteria and made me and her jump through hoops. But Amanda stuck through the whole process with me, not with 1 house, but with 2. I have cried, complained and went through so many emotions with the home buying process and she was there to listen and give feedback. Amanda is very responsive whether it be evening, weekends via email, text or phone calls. She made sure I understood everything I was signing, everything that I was hearing and would experience. I could not have done this process without Amanda and I am forever grateful to her. Amanda showed me over 6 homes, we made bids on 3, 2 were accepted and finally I was able to close on the last one. Amanda is honest, straight forward and down to earth. I would definitely recommend her to work with anyone.
