I know several people who have used Anna Chapman Pickard as an agent and they rave about what a fantastic job she did for them, so when it came time to list my house I knew I wanted her to sell my home. Best. Decision. Ever! Not only did she answer my million questions, immediately reply to calls and texts, she guarded my investment fiercely from any and all situations that arose during the process. She assessed what cosmetic changes could be made to attract the most buyers and arranged to have them done quickly and affordable. She literally added so much value to the listing and sold it within days for WAY over the asking price. She handled all of it with a smile. Anna helped me sell my house and buy my new one. She went above and beyond to get me the best price for my house. She personally came and helped me on several occasions to make sure everything was perfect! She then made the buying experience so easy! I would recommend her 100 times over! Answered every phone even at crazy hours, calmed me down when I was upset or confused, and was dependable every step of the way!! She was amazing!

If we could give Anna 20 stars we would! This was our first house selling experience and we didnt really know where to start. My Husband is in the military and was located in a different state. Anna helped me in detail every step of the way. The entire process from start to finish was a smooth, positive experience. We highly recommend Her!!

She was not honest with us. She hired a contractor who was a friend. He did a terrible job. His work did not pass inspection three times. She left for Hawaii for several weeks and no other realtor helped with the sale of the house.
