Amanda was outstanding from the first meeting to past closing. I walked in knowing nothing and told her to explain buying a home like she was talking to an 8 year old and she laughed and said she would be happy to. She explained everything as much as I needed and answered all the crazy questions. She understood my vibe and energy as I reacted to each house, and was able to talk through the goods and the bads, and was excited when we found the right places. Also, very loving to my cat! Overall, Amanda is the person to work with when buying a house! 10 out of 10!

Amanda is a 5+ stars agent! She bent over backward for us. We are relocating from New England to Florida for a new job opportunity. We started looking for a home in the Fort Myers area, but after negotiating a contract with the new employer we chose the Sarasota area. Even though Amanda is based in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples etc. and lives in the area, she was more than willing to continue to work with us until she could match us with an agent from her firm in Sarasota. We highly recommend Amanda as she is hard working, knowledgeable, and has a way to make you feel at ease about choosing the right home for your needs.
