ZillowVERIFIEDI interviewed multiple realtors before picking Amanda. Because this is my second time buying a house, I know what is important to look for from a realtor. I am a mother of two young boys, one of whom has autism; therefore, a realtor with knowledge and involvement in the community and school district was a must. Amanda had answers for all our crazy questions, from Can we build a shop here, to where will the sun hit the house during the hottest point of the day? She was always honest and never tried to sell us anything other than the needle-in-a-haystack house that we wanted. People dont realize the importance of having a realtor who analyzes your family, understands your vision, and has the courage to point out houses that wouldnt be a good fit. Amanda met with my family and understood my sons needs and my husbands wants while answering every concern we had with moving to Redding.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda Nardo is a realtor who keeps her clients best interest front and center! We met Mandy at an open house toward the end of 2019. At that time we were not seriously house shopping but just getting ideas of what we wanted. Over the next few months, Amanda sent a weekly informational email of houses we might like which matched the criteria we had briefly discussed with her at that open house. In April 2020, we decided to begin our home search in earnest and decided to call Mandy to show us some homes. On that first meeting, Mandy remembered the details we had told her at that open house (how many kids we had, type of work we did, what we were looking for, what brought us to town etc.) I was really impressed by her attention to detail and desire to know us and capture what we desired in a home. That first meeting began what became an 8 month home search in a hot sellers market. Mandy knows the market and was able to provide solid advice and guidance on things we needed to think about for such an important investment. We looked at many homes to find the one. And never once did I feel that Mandy was growing impatient or pushing us just to buy something to close a sale. She is kind and personable while also being assertive and direct to get the best for her clients. In the end, she used strategy to get us an amazing deal on a home in a great area that checked every box on our list. I loved working with her and now consider her a friend. She is my go to person for any future real estate deals. If youre looking for a realtor, that will put you first, call her!

I just had to. Amanda consistently went above and beyond to find and get me, my last and forever home. My situation wasnt ideal. I had a home in Southern California and I wanted to move up to Northern California to be close to my daughter and new grandson. As soon as my house sold I was super stressed out. Everything was happening so fast. She assured me everything was going to work out. She knew what I was looking for and had a list of properties ready for me to see when I arrived. ZillowVERIFIED We closed on our dream house TODAY thanks in large part to Amanda and her hard work. We are making a cross country move to Redding from Texas in the middle of Covid 19, which as you can imagine is very complex and stressful. Amanda has been a bright spot in the process. At the beginning of our process when we were just kicking tires, we literally cold called 4 agents, Amanda being one. She was the only one who not only continued to send us listings, but also followed up via phone several times to stay in touch, update us on the local market, and ask about our decision process. Once we got serious, due to the fact that we were in Texas, she on more than one occasion went to tour homes by herself with us tuning in via FaceTime! Throughout our process, Amanda has been very professional, yet personable; willing to give advice, but a good listener. Amanda always follows up on details, and is a strong communicator who does not shy away from a difficult conversation/negotiation. I would describe her as very knowledgable and confident, yet still very hungry, which is a great combination! Not only do we highly recommend her and would do another deal with her in a heartbeat, but we feel we have gained a friend. We hope that our paths continue to cross as we move into our new community.

We did not choose Amanda as our realtor, she chose us as clients, and we are so very happy she took that initiative and was adamant to find us the perfect home. We lost our home in Stanford Hills to the horrible Carr Fire. Amanda was very compassionate and heartfelt about finding us a replacement home. I admit that I am one picky client but she listened and asked what we liked or didn't like and she took the extra ten miles to make us satisfied buyers. She also sold our vacant lot in Stanford Hills within weeks of it being listed. Amanda has a built-in gift of listening and making sure you get completely what you are looking for. ZillowVERIFIED I met Amanda just by chance when my husband and I were looking for a home to buy in Redding. I was looking on the internet and her office's name popped up and fortunately she was the one who we ended up with. From the very beginning Amanda was, I feel, one step ahead of the game; always letting us know when new properties were going to be listed, already had talked with the seller's agent, knew of the comps in the area, but most importantly making sure it was a safe area. We weren't from Redding, so Amanda always made sure we had at least a day's worth of houses to see every time we would travel the three hours over the hill. Yes, it did take us a year to find our perfect house -- one house we wanted was a short sale which took 7 months to deal with. Amanda was a fighter for us in that one until the end. Not only is Amanda an amazing real estate agent, but I consider her a very dear friend that I will have forever. We still laugh about some of the crazy things that happened while looking for houses; some of the best memories for sure!!
