ZillowVERIFIED We hit the jackpot when our quick inquiry on Zillow lead us to working with Amanda! We were very new to the home buying process and really didn't even know what we qualified for so she really started with us from square one. Within three days she had hooked us up with a mortgage company, we were pre-approved and putting an offer in! Unfortunately the first house didn't work out but Amanda quickly jumped on new listings for us as soon as they were hitting the market. We were very grateful that she was keeping an eye out so we could be the first in line to view new listings. The second house we put an offer in on we got all thanks to Amanda's guidance on offer price and contingencies. She even helped us beat out an all cash offer! Once we were in escrow, Amanda was still such an amazing resource for helping us understand costs of doing some remodeling to our new home. Now that we are almost done with our remodeling, we realize even more now that she was spot on with the cost estimates she coached us on during the buying process. We were also so appreciative of her communication style--she was extremely responsive and prompt with texts, phone calls and emails and that truly goes a long way with us! We really can't recommend Amanda enough! Even so, she just sold my husband's grandfather's house in Minden. Thank you for all your hard work Amanda!

While many of our experiences with realtors, loan officers, and title agents have often involved unresponsive, condescending, or evasive communications, Amanda was expeditious in finding answers, patient with the myriad of questions which are inherently part of the home-buying experience, and displayed singularly unusual integrity in her dealings with us, the title company, and a challenging seller. While real estate is clearly a business which depends more on the sales than the long-term results, Amanda always made an effort to put our concerns and requirements first, never subservient to the sales. She took a dying escrow with a suspect agent and the end result, through her hard work and responsiveness, was still a success. She has much she could teach to agents in the local area. She has our strongest possible recommendation above all other local alternative agents and if we ever conduct realty business in the CA-NV area again, we will definitely call her first.
