Amanda was really amazing with helping my family find our new home. The first day she showed us a property, she lined up 5 more to look at that same day. It took us some time to find the right one, but she was right there with email updates on new listings and checking in with us if she came across something she thought we would like!!! Her insights on the different properties we saw tended to be correct and proved true on the eventual home we decided on. We were very picky and she was always on our side, never pushing us in any kind of way. If you're looking for a quality realtor who will give you the attention you deserve, go with Amanda!!!

We could not have purchased our first home without Amanda. Amanda is very detailed oriented and walked us through everything the entire process; something we valued so much as first time buyers. Her expertise in the market and the local area landed us in our dream town to raise a family. She negotiated a price under asking and a new roof, pretty much unheard of in todays market! She always led us down the right path, was honest with us and had our future resale value at the forefront of her mind. Amanda was involved in every single aspect from start to finish, I cannot say enough how much this meant to us because as first time home buyers there was so much we did not know and Amanda would answer every question (often before we would even have to ask them!) and she is extremely responsive. Her communication is well above 5 stars. There is no one else we would have worked with, we cannot recommend Amanda enough!

Amanda was phenomenal to work with. Her level of professionalism was superb and we could not thank her enough for her patience and steadfastness. My boyfriend and I had been solely looking for homes in one particular area for over a year and Amanda provided us with advice (without pressuring us) to expand our search. She was consistently supportive of our decisions but when we finally took her advice, it was when we found our new home. Amanda also went above and beyond with assisting with our needs such as helping connecting us with outstanding attorneys and inspectors. I will definitely be recommending my future friends who are in the market to buy or sell with her because the level and quality she has provided us is by far superior.
