From start to finish she was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive (early in the morning and even at midnight). In searching for houses Amanda would send us homes before they were even listed with ample information, and would get us scheduled for a showing very quickly. In looking through the houses, she also pointed out the details we might not have noticed, and made sure we knew information about the neighborhood listing prices too. While I was deployed in a combat zone, I was inquiring about purchasing a home in Bloomington/Normal, in a timely manner. Amanda was recommended by a friend, and I was immediately impressed. Communication was excellent, she was able to contact me daily with listings and information, when we had roughly a 10 hour time zone difference. Amanda personally looked at 10 plus homes and gave her honest assessment on each. Amanda was able to go above and beyond and schedule home inspectors, contractors, and recommend great lenders.
