ZillowVERIFIEDWe had the best experience using Amana Kearney as our realtor! She worked with us living in IL trying to purchase a condo in Fort Myers, FL. I started the process with her back in May and we finally met her when we flew there in July. She had 7 places to show us our first meeting. We made an offer that same day on a condo which did not work out between parties. She immediately found another corner unit on in the same area that we liked a lot better. We found out on a Saturday night that they accepted our offer. She worked hard to send us all the documentation we needed to purchase it. We had to fly back to IL and we closed from here in August. She went above and beyond to make sure the closing went flawless and it did because of her! I could contact Amanda day or night/weekday or weekend and she would immediately respond to me. She stayed in contact with the HOA person, the attorney and made sure all documents were in place. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and knowledge of real estate and the areas......she was up front and honest! Amanda still continues to assist us even after the closing by checking on our unit and letting contractors inside. She could have stopped once the closing was final but she hasn't instead she goes above and beyond! I would recommend her services and knowledge to everyone! Thank you Amanda for being so awesoome!!!
