Amanda Johnson, REALTORA(R) (5 years experience). Specialties: Buyer's agent, Listing agent, Relocation, Notary. Whether buying or selling, real estate transactions are among life's most important financial decisions. I give each client exhaustive service, no matter how small or large the transaction. I believe communication is key, and that it is a REALTOR's responsibility to make sure their clients are never left in the dark. I am an "available" agent who will keep you informed, every step of the way. I am a designated Seller Representative Specialist. I am a hands-on seller's agent, who works diligently to market my listings by ensuring your property looks its best when it hits the market and shows well until sold. I also hold the Accredited Buyer's Representative designation. As a buyer's agent, I will walk you through the step by step process of becoming a home owner, while working diligently to find properties that best suit your wants and needs. When you work with me, you'll be the first to know when a property of interest becomes available, whether on or off the market.
