ZillowVERIFIEDShe helped my husband and I purchase our first home. She was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We had no idea what it was like to purchase a home but she made it a very simple and quick process for us.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmanda provided insightful and on the spot information regarding each property we reviewed assisting our decisions thru the entire process before signing a purchase contract. She provided excellent communication and service thru the all phases of the purchase to close process. We truly would recommend Amanda to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmanda is amazing. She helped my husband and I find our first home and then was our realtor again when we wanted to sell it 6 years later. She is highly knowledgeable of her field and if she doesn't know the answer to your question, she will find out. I was able to reach out to Amanda with any questions or concerns any time of day and she was always either available or returned my call/text within a reasonable time. Amanda is honest and I could rely on her to give me the truth, even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. No "beating-around-the-bush" so to say. From my own personal experiences, Amanda goes the extra mile to help her clients with whatever their needs are. I would recommend her to anyone!
ZillowVERIFIEDVery knowledgeable and goes beyond just being a realtor to assist in the buying,or selling of a home!! There to answer all questions and to make sure that tee's are crossed and the I's dotted, would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy, sell or just gain knowledge of how the real estate system works!!!We have dealt with her twice and are going to again!! She also became a friend in the sense of being a friend, not only as a agent!!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmanda Blair is an excellent realtor that was very professional in every way. She was sensitive to all of my home buying needs; and I had a lot of them. I had some issues attaining my loan within my desired time frame. Amanda negotiated a rental agreement with the seller of my home that allowed me to move in it before purchasing-an arrangement that fit my needs perfectly. She kept me completely informed about the process at all times. What I liked most about her was that she treated me like a friend and not just a client. Amanda is among the best at what she does. I highly recommend her!
ZillowVERIFIEDThe best realtor you could EVER ask for! I could not have asked for a more thoughtful and attentive realtor. Do not hesitate to contact her for showings or listings! You will be very pleased that you did.
