ZillowVERIFIED Amanda is awesome. She was very engaged throughout multiple transaction where she represented me once on the buying side and once on the selling side. She answers her phone or returns calls very quickly, same on the text side. She ran an effective marketing campaign and open house on our multi-family house. We were fortunate to get a huge number of offers on our property for sale with various "kinds" of offers and Amanda was able to quickly analyze them and place them in comparable buckets so we could select the top ones and proceed. From there, everything through the closing was smooth and well handled.

We needed to buy a house in RI. while we were still living in Florida for the military and we couldn't be there in person to check out the houses but, Amanda would check out the houses for us and send us lots of pics. We worked with her for many months trying to get into a house in this crazy market. ZillowVERIFIED I would not recommend this agent!! Horrible experience. She did not represent my home as a seller and would not let me sign a release form to cancel my contract. I am stuck with her for six months!!! I had potential buyers wanting to see my property and she would say to them "Did you ride by because it doesn't have a backyard?" Amanda does not represent her clients best interest.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Amanda after reading the good reviews online. I am an out of town buyer whose family is in Rhode Island. Amanda was responsive online. We spoke a few times and she took time with me. But, when crunch time came, Amanda dropped my needs like a hot potato. There were several properties I was interested in seeing in Cranston and East Providence. I called Amanda and asked if it were worth my while to come right away (five hour drive) to see the properties. By telephone, she had promised that if I came she would devote a day with me to drive me around and see several properties. She said we would have a half hour at each location and would spend the day driving around, so I could assess neighborhoods. When I arrived, she had made only 3 appointments, really only 2, because one was an open house which needed no appointment. My map quest device failed suddenly and I was delayed. 8 minutes late, she called and cancelled the first appointment, without ASKING THE REALTOR TO RESCHEDULE... just texted the realtor to cancel. I got on the road and received another call when only five minutes away. (We are still now within the original half hour per place, so why another call?) Because she scheduled the visits only 15 minutes apart. What??????????????? I drive 5 hours each way and she can't give me an hour of her time? Or understand that I might want to spend more than ten minutes per property Plus travel to the next and hmmmm meet her and talk about things in between. The second call she didn't ask where I was (I was 5 minutes away) or when I would get there to reschedule. Instead she just canceled ALL the appointments by text, without actually calling the realtors to see if I could see their properties later that day. (I know this because I later saw the text she sent one of the realtors). I asked her to do that and she refused! I then said "Then you and I are done!" and we were. I am working with another broker, and would never recommend this realtor to anyone who isn't from the area or who wants more than 7 minutes per property plus travel to next one. In this internet age, I was able to contact the agent for the one property I was most interested in anyway. It took more than 15 minutes to just see the property and ask questions. This realtor seems in over her head in this fast paced market. I really had looked forward to working with her, until the day I traveled and arrived.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I are first time homebuyers and we met this realtor at an open house. At first she seemed very knowledgable and friendly. We were interested in the condo she showed us and she seemed to know a lot about it. When my wife and I returned home we did more research on the property ourselves and it turned out the information she had given us was all false. The condo did need flood insurance and had been on/off the market so many times because it was prices way too high. Glad we decided to work with a more honest professional and we are closing on our first home next week! My suggestion to all first time homebuyers is not to go with the first realtor you meet. Best to do plenty of research first to make sure you don't get a dud.
