From one phone call, I KNEW Amanda was going to be amazing. She knew the areas in North Carolina and price points so so well and was just such a sweetie!! My husband and I moved from Alabama to North Carolina and I can say with confidence, we could NOT have done this without Amanda!! She looked at house after house, pointing out possible issues that would come up on an inspection, would talk us through what would be a good offer and she actually got us under contract on 2 amazing homes!! ZillowVERIFIED Extremely knowledgeable about the local market, locations and service personnel. She listened to what we wanted and delivered. There were a few bumps in the road during the negotiation process that were a function of errors in the tax record, low appraisals and a seller convinced the house was worth more. Amanda took care of all the issues, kept in touch constantly and all ended up beautifully. We also used her to purchase two additional lots near the house. We continue to use her as resource and she has become a good friend given her professionalism and personality.
