Working with Amanda again was a wonderful experience. When it came to selling our house, we had to get in touch with Amanda!! Communication with her is always easy, professional and prompt. She gave us excellent pointers, guided us in the correct direction and introduced us to the correct people to make our house ready to sell. We put the house on the market and a week later we had a buyer, unfortunately the person didn't qualify and we had to put it back on the market, again in less than a week we successfully sold the house. I have to say all of this because of Amanda's hard work. Her laugh is a great plus by the way!!

I highly recommend Amanda. She is professional and very detailed in preparation for listing and working with the seller. It is comfortable and a pleasure to work with her too. Not knowing anyone in Greenville, NC, we considered ourselves very lucky to have met Amanda. She listened to what we wanted for our future house and didn't fail to deliver. Took the time and very professionally had booklets of houses that match those requests, had viewing appointments ready and always had the best predisposition to show us around. Not to forget her awesome sense of humor. Very knowledgeable and when she didn't, she would come back after researching with an answer. During closing, was very communicative and responsive. And the kindest person we've met, buying us a few necessities knowing we were coming to our new home from a very long drive. Highly recommend her services.
