Amanda Floyd

Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Financial planning is the first step! Different lenders offer different products and rates. Always explore your options!

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Declutter! Allow buyers to envision your property as their home.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

Buyers and sellers! Residential and commercial!

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I recently closed on a property that was probably the smallest sale of the year but the most rewarding at heart. After a well matched lender, many showings, and a negotiated contract of sale, she was starting her life over with her young children and it was amazing watching it unfold! If there was ever a time to feel like the Coldwell North Star, this may have been the time!
