Amanda is always using her expertise in a highly timely manner. She finds houses that fit our need and has shown time and time again she is more than willing to go out of her way. She also sold our rental property and priced it perfect for the market. It sold quickly getting a great price. She worked well with getting everything lined up to close in a timely professional manner. Thanks Amanda for going above and beyond beyond!

Amanda helped my wife and I pick our very first home together a year ago. We looked at 2 to 3 houses. She was thourough in questions about what kind of hpuse we were looking for and our price range. We found one and she helped negotiate the hpuse to the right price! 10/10 would recomend.

Amanda was wonderful to work with throughout the entire home-buying process. She was very kind, helpful, and always made us feel comfortable every step of the way! We truly loved working with her and would definitely use her in the future, but we decided to rent for right now due to my family situation. We highly recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a great real estate agent!

As an a queer client who was first time house buying from another state while planning to move to Ohio, I can highly recommend Amanda! She was so easy to work with and was able to set up 20+ viewings for us to view in the two days we were available to see houses in the area we were interested in. Would recommend to friends or strangers! 10/10
