ReviewAmanda was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout our home-buying process. She stepped up whenever we needed her to be there, answered all of our questions and, most crucially, helped us solve a financing issue when it popped up at the last minute. Highly recommended!

Review Amanda was so great to work with. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond. Even after we closed on the lake house, Amanda has continued the same level of service by helping us with a few things as out of town owners. She is very calm, cool, and collected which is what you want when buying a houseaEUR|especially when you dont live in the market full time.

Review Amanda was Fantastic! My wife and I are from southern MN so looking for a home in the Brainerd area was very challenging until we started working with Amanda. She was VERY responsive, knowledgeable and fun to work with! She helped us to find the perfect property, even when the market was difficult. (That included going out in a snowstorm to give us a video tour of a home when we couldn't make the drive) Amanda helped us through the entire process and made us feel comfortable with the decisions we had in front of us. I will certainly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor in the area.

Review I started looking for a home right before COVID started and had to take a two year pause on my search. When I was finally back in a place to get a home, Amanda Cline was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding of what I was looking for in my first home! She answered all of my questions quickly. I highly recommend having her help you!

Review Bought my first house through Amanda December of 2020. Things went smooth, took me to as many houses as i wanted to see without hesitation and made closing simple answering any questions I had. Messaged her october-november on buying a couple acres of land and helped me right away, submitted several offers for me on it until coming to terms as well as keeping in touch with me as we came close to closing. Good experience with Amanda and will be buying more property through her in the future

Review Amanda was all we could have asked for in a realtor and more! Amanda helped us find our perfect home when we moved all the way from Texas to Minnesota! She took the time to FaceTime us and get to know us better and understand what we were looking for in a home. She was very professional, kind, responsive, and informative about the area. After she helped us find our home she has still continued to reach out and check in on us, showing that she truly cares about her clients! I would highly recommend Amanda to anyone as there was absolutely nothing she could have done better!!

Review In a very tight housing market, Amanda was instrumental in finding houses as soon as they were on the market. She found a home that fit my needs and has room to spare. Her advice was right on the money. I will be comfortable here for many years. Thanks, Bill Leonard

Review Amanda Cline was a very professional, experienced and insightful realtor. She helped us purchase a home that is perfect for us in what has turned into one of the most difficult times to purchase real estate. She was always on the lookout for properties that would meet our needs in a new home. She adapted to our needs as we changed course in what we were looking for. She explained the bidding and closing process in very clear concise ways to help us through the process. I cannot say enough good things about Amanda.

Review Amanda Cline helped us purchase a home in April of 2020. The whole process was smooth, professional, and a real pleasure for everyone. We feel like we not only developed a professional relationship with her, but a personal one as well, as she was friendly, warm, caring, and really took an interest in our happiness with our purchase. She continued to follow up with us, even when everything was done, and was always prompt in returning phone calls or meeting us when needed. She even delivered us a pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving several months later! :) My family has used this real estate group in the past and the results have always been excellent...professionals from top to bottom. A +++ Thank you for everything, Amanda!!! Krista and Dan Frerichs

Review Amanda was on top of our requests and continued to roll with the punches of our changing situation. We started our search from another state and she provided remote viewing via video chats. Once we arrived in MN, she actively worked with us to find the perfect forever home. We had unforseen issues with funding, and her team was able to provide the assistance needed for the deal to workout. I recommend Amanda Cline for everyone making 5he move to Minnesota!

Review Amanda is a breeze to work with. She is punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. She found the house I wanted on the first try. She had a day of houses lined up, we viewed some, but when it was clear we found my home she made it happen. Every step of the way she was informative, supportive, and available. We bonded over the craziness of motherhood. She is an amazing Mom and buyers agent! I recommended her to anyone! A true gem! Shell have my business for years to come.

Review Amanda listen to what we wanted. Amanda was always available for any questions at any time. Amanda was the one who found the house we eventually purchase, even after hours of our own research. Amanda would not back down on our concerns with the property. No concern was too small!! I would highly recommend her to anyone! She worked very hard for us!!

Review We are very happy to have worked with Amanda! She was 'on it' from the start until the end an made sure that everything went smoothly. Even with somewhat impatient clients like us she still managed to reassure us and make us feel taken care of during the process. It is very obvious that Amanda is in this job for the right reasons: she loves to take care of her clients and she absolutely loves her job! We would not hesitate to refer Amanda to everyone who is looking to find an agent in the area! THANK YOU AMANDA! :)
