She knows her stuff, she has never dropped a detail in three transactions we've done with her, and she pushes for more than you even ask for. The one time I had to use another realtor, it was extremely obvious that Amanda is the best. All other realtors don't make you feel like you're her only client, like you're getting every penny (and more in my case) possible, and confident that the deal will go through. Don't even think about anyone else. She's the best.

The hands down biggest difference between amazing realtors and okay realtors is negotiation skills. If you have a realtor you are too afraid to play poker with, you have the right one. Amanda is that realtor. She is so cute and positive, you aren't sure she's going to be cutthroat enough to get you the house you want at the best price. Trust me, she is. She got us everything we wanted, 10% over asking on selling our home when nobody in our town has ever, as much as I could research, has ever gotten more than 5% over asking. And this is after she raised the asking price over what we asked for. She is no-nonsense with a great attitude and quick with a joke as well as more than enough information to keep you from stressing out. I used to be a top producing realtor in another state and she's much better than I ever was. Better than almost all the realtors in my old office, actually. You're lucky to have her, if you do. She's one in a million.

A fellow mom recommended Amanda and my husband and I could not be more thankful that she did! My husband and I are not lovers of the pressuring, pushy types that try to get you into something that is either too expensive for you, not a match to your needs or not a good community fit. Amanda quickly learned our likes and dislikes and showed us several beautiful homes in our price point and was very knowledgeable about locations, positives and negatives about the schools / area, and the taxes, fees and other costs we may incur ie. front foot etc. Amanda also had great resources for a mortgage company that was just as honest and straight forward as she was. My husband and I enter into agreements with people hesitantly, but Amanda's openness, knowledge base and demeanor quickly had us calm and secure in our decision. She was available day and night, phone and text, sent emails, and made phone calls to the builder, which is amazing because she is a busy mom and wife. She did walk throughs with us on our new build and made recommendations during the walk through that we hadn't given thought. We know we weren't her only clients, but she sure made us feel as if we were in her attentiveness and love.
