I am today happy to recognize the former in our Real Estate Agent, Amanda Bolton. At the risk of boring anyone reading this review I'm nonetheless going to expansively detail my experience with Ms. Bolton so as to clearly illustrate the outstanding manner in which she not only met, but far exceeded my expectations. I dont often use the services of Realtors so my professional exposure to them has been rather scant. Recently however, my expectant wife and I found ourselves in need of another house as ours was no longer suitable for our growing family. I called several Realtors and Realty companies, looking for someone who would show us houses within the next week (All to no avail). I LITERALLY made dozens of phone calls over several days simply looking for someone to RETURN my calls. My frustration waned somewhat when a grand total of ONE Agent did call me back. I explained to him that we were looking to rent a mid-priced home and gave him several MLS numbers throughout Las Vegas. He explained to me that it was kind of aEUR~crazy to expect him to show us so many properties (10). Since we were only renting, it wasnt really in his best interest to spend so much time with us (relative to people who were looking to purchase). I found myself wondering if this was the reason so many other agents didnt even bother to return my calls. I DID appreciate his candor, but this was hardly the customer service to which I'm accustomed. Ultimately he did show us four properties that Sunday. While he was a consummate professional throughout the experience, it was hard to miss his decidedly aEUR~rushed manner. We arranged to view four properties; after the third he was clearly rather aEUR~taken aback that we were still interested in viewing the fourth. Unfortunately none of those houses worked out. The first two were taken off the market within a day; the fourth would have needed major refurbishing before it could THEN be charitably referred to as aEUR~a pigsty (I'm serious, I even took pictures for posterity); and owners of the third literally increased the rent several hundred dollars before we could submit our application. Ive chosen not to mention this Realtor by name owing to my ambivalent feelings toward him. While I do genuinely appreciate his returning my call and showing us several properties, I found his overall performance aEUR~wanting.Providently we discovered that the daughter of our Sons Preschool teacher was herself a highly recommended Realtor. Hoping THAT slender thread of personal connection would solve our House Hunting dilemma, we gave Amanda Bolton a call. Ms. Bolton distinguished herself as a warm, engaging conscientious professional from the moment we spoke on the phone. After our previous experiences this was an immediate aEUR~breath of fresh air. Ms. Bolton asked us what our needs were and assured us that she would start researching such at once. When we expressed to her our desire to view houses within the next few days, she didnt hem and haw about why she couldnt do it; she simply did it. In fact my wife decided that she actually would like to view houses the very next day and when we conveyed this to Amanda she answered with, aEUR~no problem. Toured houses the following day Ms. Bolton again exceeded any expectations we had by:1) Identifying aspects of the houses of note (We must determine if the masking tape under these counters is for some problematic reason.)2) Informing us of trade secrets (Often remuneration is offered when you give tours of your rental for the owner)3) Exhibiting extraordinary patience and availability (Please contact me 24/7 about anyconcerns you may have and if you just drive by a random house and want to take a look for fun, just let me know!)4) Taking the initiative in acting as a Liaison to the Property owners after we applied.I am quite thankful that we began with another Realtor (who only aEUR~adequately fulfilled his job description) before working with Ms. Bolton because in doing so the contrast could not have been more striking. She genuinely cares about her clients and she is clearly a consummate professional who makes it her business to fulfill the housing needs of her clients. I highly recommend her as a Realtor and am EXTREMELY appreciative that she literally saved us in our time of need.Alexander Moore

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda went absolutely above and beyond with us, showing us homes literally throughout the entire valley over the span of about three months. We probably could not have made it any more difficult on her with how picky and indecisive we were, but Amanda was patient with us and continued to show us homes that were great for us. In the end she helped us find a recently built home (we were very partial to new builds) that is in amazing shape and cost tens of thousands less than the new homes that are being built in the adjacent community. She got us exactly the price and terms we were looking for and even helped smooth things out when we had some issues later on with the appraisal. She's become a great friend to us and I would absolutely work with her to help us find our next home!
