ZillowVERIFIEDAmanda Bell has many years of experience and expertise, so it wasnt all too shocking to find that the sale process went smoothly and so much quicker than I expected. She took the reins and immediately got to work, and I didnt have to do much of anything besides sign paperwork! The process was seamless and painless, and she is so friendly and personable. Thank you, Amanda!

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda is the absolute best person we could have possibly found in our journey to finding our first ever home. She is so patient, and never once did she push us or make us feel like we had to make a decision without giving us time to think on things. Amanda is honest, transparent, and not afraid to tell you the truth about a property. She has extensive knowledge on the greater Nashville area, and truly wants you to be in the right house, not just the first one that pops up. 100% would recommend Amanda and her team to anyone wanting to purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda was great at selling my condo. Not just her, but her staff as well. When I would become impatient, she just stayed calm and assured me it's going to sell. Five years ago I bought this unit and she was my realtor. I knew then, if I was going to sell I would choose her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda has been amazing since I first met her 10 years ago and I was looking for my first home. Immediately 3 years ago I knew I wanted her again and she instantly found the right home for me. She never pushed me to go to the top of my budget and always was upfront and honest about the properties she showed me. I am now about to sell my house and buy another and it didn't even occur to me to go with anyone else. I know she would give the best advice, find the best house for me, and sell mine at its value.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda was extremely patient as she worked with me through months of viewing homes in a rapidly changing market. She guided me from my original foolish plan of shooting for the very bottom of the market to a home better suited for my needs and budget. She provided input on locations and conditions as well as resale potential.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm really late writing this . Amanda helped my family fine the house for us from across the country. We were in California and she found the house for us in Tennessee. She walked us through everything and had the patience with us.We were sure glad we found her. And when we had some minor upgrades needing to be done. She pointed us in the right direction.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda is perhaps one of the most dedicated individuals I've come across in a long time - one who takes her job very seriously and is very knowledgeable as a result. As a first time buyer, I was basically in the dark on a lot of the nuance of buying a home. Sure, I did my own research when I could, but Amanda was able to help me with a lot of the details and processes. She has often been available for questions and calls and texts at hours well out of standard business hours, which is amazing for those who don't work a standard 9-5/M-F.She is a strong advocate for her clients as well, where there may be issues with lenders or anything else. It cannot be overstated how important this is - it can mean the difference between closing on time and losing out on a property. In short, you absolutely cannot go wrong with having Amanda as an agent.
