The things I invested money and/or time following her suggestions were complimented by potential buyers, and what I left as is (per her suggestion, but I was going to change) was not commented on by buyers. She helped me negotiate a good price and helped me decide among multiple offers. She was patient with my multiple questions, and always got back to me in a timely manner. When I'm ready to buy a Condo, Ill definitively will contact her.
