ZillowVERIFIED Amanda was AMAZING to work with. She went above and beyond throughout the whole process. She would go over to our house and check on things when we wasnt home. She was always in contact with us. We had some repairs done and she would take the time to make sure the contractors were doing their jobs properly. Amanda is very honest and loyal. It wasnt in our contract for her to oversee the things she did. But she took the time and actually cared. If you are considering buying or selling your home, please give Amanda a call. It didn't matter what the issue was, water-rite, adjacent property concerns, etc. Amanda was on top of it; and although she's warm and friendly, I have to tell you that she is quite tenacious. It was clear from the outset that she was 'all in'. Ms. Stedt managed the sale of 3 separate properties for me in a very short time. I really appreciated her willingness to communicate, and even when not immediately available, she would always get back to me, whether by text, email, or phone. If did not know an answer would seek a response. Not just make up answer. Amanda consulted with local departments and authorities when areas had to do with the possibility of changing property lines. If I were to deal in real estate again in the area that Amanda represents I would have no problem working with her again. I would recommend her to any friends or family who would like to look into real estate in this area.
