ZillowVERIFIEDI was referred to Haley from another professional in the industry and I could not be more thankful for this. Haley was fantastic - she was very very helpful in answering all questions. Moving from out of town - she went above and beyond in making sure I found the house that fit me. I highly recommend Haley to everybody!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer I didnt 100% know the process and how much work it takes to go through the buying process. Alena was able to fully explain everything as she guided us to our eventual home purchase. From house showings, no back and forth contact with the sellers agent and sellers she made the process as smooth and enjoyable as it could be. Would 100% recommend her for any future home purchases.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first-time homebuyer entering the market during one of the most competitive sellers markets in recent history, my husband and I felt very intimidated by both the procedural unknowns of the homebuying process as well as the added stress of the sellers market. When you know a decision to put in an offer has to be made quicklyaEUR"because there are already tons of offersaEUR"the last thing you want is an agent pushing you to make a decision youre not comfortable with. We could not have hoped to have been paired with a better agent for us than Kara. Her supportive approach is just what we needed. She is always extremely quick to respond to questions and genuinely wants to help you make the best decision for you. She helped make the whole process go as smoothly as it possibly could and was a calming presence for my Type-A personality. The additional support of the whole team behind her at the Realty Shop to assist with the transaction was a bonus. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Cannot say enough good things about this company and from a lending perspective how great they are to work with. The attention to detail that the Realty Shop makes transactions seamless on our end. Not only are the amazing to work with the clients are always astonished on how above and beyond the service is with them. I cannot express enough on how well ran this company is.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with an associate of Amanda - Alena Blazic. I never write reviews, but I felt the need to write one this time because Alena was simply amazing. She devoted so much time to helping us find our dream home. For about a two-week period, I felt like we spent every evening with Alena. She never got frustrated when we were picky about what we wanted and she was constantly updating our searches to make sure we were seeing the houses that best matched what we wanted. She was knowledgeable about the area, the housing market, what to look for when we viewed the houses, etc. If she didn't know the answer, she knew where to find it - in my opinion, that's what makes a great realtor. That and she was on our side and looking out for our best interests always. During this crazy time in the housing market, she knew how to negotiate to get what we wanted and I will always appreciate that. If you need a realtor, I can say without a doubt that Alena Blazic is the way to go.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had an excellent experience with Jessica as our realtor! This was our first time selling a home and she kept us informed on all the details that come with selling a home from getting the house ready for pictures to offers that came through to inspection and closing. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! I would highly recommend her to anyone for their real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED One of the best buying/ selling experiences I have ever had! Buying and selling a home is a big deal and we spent a lot of time interviewing agents, so let me save you some time, this is the agent you want!Jordan's passion, professionalism and knowledge are beyond reproach. This really made us feel very comfortable during the entire buying and selling process. We had a lot of questions and some un-certainties and he provided great insight and resources in helping us make decisions that ended up getting us the best price for the home we sold and best value for the home we purchased.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Jordan as our Real Estate Agent for our dream home. We did not have a lot of home buying experience and were thrilled to have so much assistance with negotiations. He was extremely responsive at answering all our questions. I would definitely recommend him to other buyers or sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl worked for us in buying our new home during the crazy Covid crisis- she was professional and always accessible- quick to reach out with more optional properties and to highlight areas fi concern or specifics that needed more info or investigations. A delight to work with and great sense of humor. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED- would definitely work with her again!

ZillowVERIFIED Agency conflict as written in a textbook. Amanda's main concern was to convince us to sell at a lower price so that it is easier for her to quickly find a buyer. She did the bare minimum, only organized 1 open house in about 4 months, was unable to give us appropriate information that was necessary for the sale, asked us to use worse pictures to advertise the house than the ones we already had (because she wanted to hire her photographer friend), if anything made the communication with the buyers less transparent, and even hired an electrician to have a look at our fridge as she thought it was broken, though it turned out someone opened the door and did not properly close it (seriously?). I was very disappointed with the entire process. I strongly recommend to stay away from Amanda if you sell your house.

ZillowVERIFIED Not sure how this will ever do Amanda justice but here goes: Amanda went WAY above and beyond for us and quite frankly, we could not have gotten through our transaction without her. From trying to sell during a pandemic, to a complicated transaction, and finally getting to closing, we are so grateful Amanda was our realtor advocate and guided us through the whole process. Realty Shop staff made our end of the transaction as smooth as could possibly be; Victoria did a great job with the photography and VR tour and helped our house stand out and Lyndsay made sure we were satisfied and guided every step along the way. As busy as I know she is, Amanda always made us feel like her most important clients and always made time for us, and always got back to us with questions we had or problems we encountered. She worked tirelessly for us, and we are just so grateful to her and her hard work. Thanks Amanda!!
