Allie coordinated the entire deal despite several slow-moving participants, including the lawyers, and a complex HOA management structure. From listing, to repeated showings, to price negotiation, to cleanout, Allie had it surrounded. On top of all that, the seller was based about 800 miles away. Wish she'd get licensed in Illinois

Allie has been the best realtor I have had the pleasure to work with! And my wife and I have owned seven houses, buying and selling., so we have met many realtors. If I ever have any houses in New Jersey to buy or sell, I would immediately contact Allie. She went beyond the 'extra mile' everyone talks about, and believe me she had to put up with a lot of frustration when dealing with my relatives to sell this house. And yet somehow Allie never lost her patience when they asked for out of the norm treatment or had special requests. Allie was always available to discuss direction or what was needed to be done next. I felt very confident here in Virginia knowing that Allie was handling everything in New Jersey. I regret that I could only give her 5 Stars as she deserves either 6 or 7 Stars.
