ZillowVERIFIEDIn todays market was hard to find the right house, but when Alyxie was there to help me and my mom with buying a house she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm very grateful to have met her thanks.
ZillowVERIFIEDAlyxie was helpful and responsive, and was great to work with. As a first time buyer in a crazy seller's market, I'm glad to have connected with her as she made the whole process as painless as possible, eventually allowing us to close on a great property. We probably wouldn't have been able to get the property if not for Alyxie's willingness to schedule a showing on short notice. Her flexibility and professionalism makes her a great agent I won't hesitate to recommend. Thank you Alyxie!
ZillowVERIFIEDDuring the Covid of 2020, I couldnt think of a better agent to have bought my first home with than Alyxie! There were many unknowns, a crazy market, and it was my first time buying a home! Alyxie helped with every step of the process, kept my spirits high in the wild times, and eventually worked her magic to help me get my favorite house we looked at! Highly recommended!
ZillowVERIFIEDMoving from an apartment in MI to a home in PA was a very big step for me. I was fortunate to have been connected with Alyxie. She is both thorough and responsive. We were trying to time our move so that when our lease at the apartment ended, we'd have a home. Alyxie was able to expertly guide me through the purchase of my first home. Not once did I feel lost in the process thanks to her. Additionally, even when our closing date got pushed back a few days, she immediately tried to help me find a bnb to stay in until closing. Can't recommend Alyxie enough!
ZillowVERIFIEDAlyxie really made the entire process of buying my first home feel incredibly simple and very straightforward. She was always quick to get me into any property that I had an interest in, which in this market is a huge factor, and when it came time to make offers and begin taking the next steps in the process she made everything seem very simple and easy to understand. Alyxie's dedication to her craft shined through from the very beginning and as a buyer in a sellers market I couldn't have asked for a more skilled or driven agent to represent me throughout the process. Having just purchased my first home I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the area.
ZillowVERIFIEDAlyxie was a great help in my home buying process! She made what felt like a very cumbersome process feel very smooth. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!

She will be nothing but wonderful!
ZillowVERIFIEDI was being transferred to Pittsburgh for my job and I need a house fast. Alyxie was recommended to me and I am so happy she was. I cannot say enough about how professional and experienced she is with the Pittsburgh market. I would recommend her 100% to anyone looking for a new home in the area. Thank you very much again Alyxie!
ZillowVERIFIEDAfter a terrible experience with a local real estate company I pulled my listing to look for someone I could trust. After speaking with Alyxie I immediately knew she was the one for the job. Within a matter of days Alyxie had my home staged, photographed, listed and held an open house. I was blown away by how quickly she made this all happen, Alyxie Hustles!Being I had already removed all of my belongings Alyxie had suggested staging so potential buyers could see the beauty of the home decorated and furnished, I agreed and Alyxie quickly went to work. Overnight she made magic happen and it looked absolutely amazing! Within a week we were under contract and the house sold. Through out the process Alyxie communicated every detail never leaving me in the dark. She returns calls and text messages immediately and keeps you informed every step of the way. Alyxie is amazing! I will recommend her to everyone I know! Myself and my family have bought and sold many homes throughout the years and this is by far the best experience I have ever had! Thank you for everything Alyxie!! You are the best!
ZillowVERIFIEDAlyxie did a great job with my condo. I had a few issues and she was always there to help. Also she was alway quick to reply to any questions I had. I highly recommend Alyxie.
ZillowVERIFIEDI was pretty lucky when Alyxie was referred to me by a mutual friend. I am likely one of the more difficult clients she will have as I am very particular. However, her attitude, understanding, work-ethic, knowledge and the care that she took with me through the process will always be remembered and appreciated and she will have a client for life (even if I am difficult). I have had two bad experiences with realtors but Alyxie is truly the best and I would recommend her to anyone. She will sell your home and she'll be there for the highs and lows of that whole process. I cannot imagine working with anyone else. Thank you, Alyxie.

ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I had a good experience with Alyxie as first-time home buyers. We had to learn a lot throughout the process, and it was tough to find a house we really liked in our price range in a competitive market. Alyxie was always available to answer questions, reach out to sellers if we wanted more information about a property that wasn't readily accessible, send disclosures, and show us homes we were interested in. She was patient as we took time to really find the right house, and it definitely paid off in the end. We couldn't be happier with our new home!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe cant say enough good things about Alyxie, she was phenomenal to work. She showed us about a dozen properties, often times at our last minute request, and most of the time at terribly early or late hours. She never once was unable to accommodate our requests. She was always punctual and greeted us with a big smile, ready to answer our questions. We closed on our home within 2 months from when we started looking with Alyxie. In the middle of those two months, she gave birth to her son, and never missed a beat. She was texting us the DAY after giving birth. Not to mention, we went through this whole process during the holiday season. She is calm, kind, professional, responsive, and truly cares. We felt comfortable talking with her and she never made us feel like we were just another client on her list. We highly recommend Alyxie for your real estate needs! We plan on calling her again for our next move in a few years!

ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I (first time home buyers) worked with Alyxie on our house hunt for 6 months and she was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She always made herself available even on some of our extremely last minute showing requests! We had a lot of ups and downs on our search and saw the market go from very slow to a crazy sellers market during the second half. Alyxie is very knowledgeable of the market place and really added a lot of value into the process for us. After being one of her longest clients, we finally found the place that was right for us and Alyxie helped us through every step of the process. We officially closed on our house a couple of weeks ago and none of it would have been possible without Alyxie's help. I would highly recommend her to any first time home buyer if you're looking for someone with vast industry knowledge and the tools and skill set to get you into your dream home!

ZillowVERIFIEDI have been trying to sell a house in Pittsburgh for a couple of years. It was really challenging since I currently live in another state. Once Alyxie got involved she made the whole sell happen. She was on top of everything and kept me informed at all times. She went over and above the call of duty to assist me and the buyer. I highly recommend her and will be referring others to her as often as I can. Thank you Alyxie!
ZillowVERIFIEDAbsolutely! For only having been in the business a little under 2 years, her knowledge is impressive. If she doesn't know, Alyxie will find out. My particular transaction was a "harder" sale than what she was accustomed to. Alyxie dug in and made it work.Very patient. (As I was worried about every little thing.) Alyxie walked us through it step by step. I would work with her again. Thank you!
ZillowVERIFIEDI couldnt have asked for a better person to find my home. Alyxie showed a few homes to me, (at my convenience), and soon after we found the one that I purchased. Even that is was a foreclosure with an out-of-state bank, Alyxie did her part and more to close in a short period of time. Anytime I had a question day or night, shed have a fast response. Prior to meeting Alyxie, I sold a home with another company. The entire process was a long drawn out nightmare. I will absolutely have Alyxie assist in my next home.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband's job moved us to the Pittsburgh area unexpectedly and Alyxie was very helpful in making the process as smooth as possible. We were living out of state and were concerned that we wouldn't be able to find a house in time and did not want to live in temporary housing. We came to Pittsburgh for one day and looked at 12 homes and loved the last one we saw and put in an offer. We were first time home buyers and Alyxie was knowledgeable in helping answer all of our questions. She responded quickly to texts we sent, no matter the hour and we were able to move into our new home just in time for my husband to start his new role. The process couldn't have gone any better and we're grateful for the work Alyxie put in.

ZillowVERIFIEDThere is no denying the fact that I have never ever seen a realtor like Alyxie Bowser so far. If I would have to rate her on a scale of 1-10, I would definitely give her 10 even without a single thought. When I was moving from Indiana to Pittsburgh many people suggested me that it is a good idea to first go to Pittsburgh, live there for some time and then start looking for your own home. One can imagine driving all the way from Indiana to Pittsburgh, not just one time but a couple of times in search of a good house is a Herculean task. But Alyxie made the impossible, possible for me. After meeting her for the first time I made up my mind that I would now move from Indiana to Pittsburgh directly into my own house. During my very first visit to Pittsburgh Alyxie showed me a couple of houses. Although they were good but were not a perfect fit to me. Yet she did not give up but further pulled her socks up to live up to my expectations. I was so surprised to see her zeal in helping me find a good house that further drove me to come all the way from Indiana to Pittsburgh a number of times. After my couple of visits, I told Alyxie now it would not be possible for me to keep on driving every week 16h. Alyxie was so compassionate that she recommended me that instead of me driving all the way she would individually visit the property and then send me a video of the house and this is what she really did for a number of properties. Finally, her painstaking efforts made me the owner of the house. She was available round the clock and was always ever ready in negotiating with the seller so that I can get the best. She was so trustworthy that after my three visits in search of a house I never visited again rather sent Alyxie to visit the property and tell me its pros and cons. She well very well knows how to crack a deal without anyone being at a loss. Even after moving into my house I still keep on bothering her to recommend me companies that offer home improvement services at a reasonable price and she really does that for me. I would only say aEURoeHATS OFF TO YOU ALYXIE".
ZillowVERIFIEDAlyxie was the best! She helped me find and buy a new home for my parents. It took us some time to find the right home and we looked at alot of homes before deciding on the one! She was always quick to respond and always available to look at a home any time we asked her too. The buying process itself went very smooth. I would highly recommend using Alyxie if you are looking to buy a home. I know I will be using her again when I buy a new home for myself.
ZillowVERIFIEDAlyxie was able to help me sell my old house and purchase a new home. She was able to make the closings both happen on the same day which kept me from carrying two mortgages or being homeless for any length of time. The communication with Alyxie was top notch. She would respond quickly no matter what time it was. I would highly recommend working with her.
