However, her attitude, understanding, work-ethic, knowledge and the care that she took with me through the process will always be remembered and appreciated and she will have a client for life (even if I am difficult). I have had two bad experiences with realtors but Alyxie is truly the best and I would recommend her to anyone. She always made herself available even on some of our extremely last minute showing requests! We had a lot of ups and downs on our search and saw the market go from very slow to a crazy sellers market during the second half. Alyxie is very knowledgeable of the market place and really added a lot of value into the process for us. ZillowVERIFIED There is no denying the fact that I have never ever seen a realtor like Alyxie Bowser so far. If I would have to rate her on a scale of 1-10, I would definitely give her 10 even without a single thought. When I was moving from Indiana to Pittsburgh many people suggested me that it is a good idea to first go to Pittsburgh, live there for some time and then start looking for your own home. One can imagine driving all the way from Indiana to Pittsburgh, not just one time but a couple of times in search of a good house is a Herculean task. But Alyxie made the impossible, possible for me. After meeting her for the first time I made up my mind that I would now move from Indiana to Pittsburgh directly into my own house. During my very first visit to Pittsburgh Alyxie showed me a couple of houses. Although they were good but were not a perfect fit to me. Yet she did not give up but further pulled her socks up to live up to my expectations. I was so surprised to see her zeal in helping me find a good house that further drove me to come all the way from Indiana to Pittsburgh a number of times. After my couple of visits, I told Alyxie now it would not be possible for me to keep on driving every week 16h. Alyxie was so compassionate that she recommended me that instead of me driving all the way she would individually visit the property and then send me a video of the house and this is what she really did for a number of properties. Finally, her painstaking efforts made me the owner of the house. She was available round the clock and was always ever ready in negotiating with the seller so that I can get the best. She was so trustworthy that after my three visits in search of a house I never visited again rather sent Alyxie to visit the property and tell me its pros and cons. She well very well knows how to crack a deal without anyone being at a loss. Even after moving into my house I still keep on bothering her to recommend me companies that offer home improvement services at a reasonable price and she really does that for me. I would only say aEURoeHATS OFF TO YOU ALYXIE".
