Her communication was so good, at one point she was on a family vacation, and yet was still incredibly communicative by checking in with us and even going as far as to set up showings with an assistant of hers. The settlement process did not feel stressful as she made sure we stayed on schedule, and took comfort in the fact that she was fighting for the best deal for us, and made sure that it was one we were comfortable going with. She then helped us each step of the way during a quick turnaround (30 days) leading up to closing.
