Review Aly assisted in every aspect of the purchase process including relaying forms to the mortgage company that I was unable to. She also helped in finding the necessary personnel to accomplish the transition from my old home to the new. Since the closure she continues to assist with the many problems that arise in setting up services, obtaining post office keys and expediting the deed of warranty the utility companies required for startups. Needleless to say she did in a very professional and cheerful manner.

Review We had to move very fast and Alyssa was recommended by my daughter in law. We called, and she got back to us right away. We didn't have a very large budget. She showed us everything in our price range. Things were moving fast. We received information that we were going to have to drop our budget even further. We were so stressed out, but Alyssa kept reassuring us everything would be ok, not to worry. I called her way more than I should and she was always so sweet. We soon found the perfect place for us. Alyssa worked so hard for us. My forget was a contractor. I've dealt with many realtors in my day. Alyssa is one of the best. Can't say enough about her.

Review Without a doubt I would +100% recommend Alyssa. If there was a way to rate her 1000% I would do so! She is an exceptional agent. Alyssa is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, one of a kind and a true go-getter! From the day we started looking at homes until the day of closing she was right by our sides. All it took was a text or call if we needed anything, she would be there ASAP! We moved across country from PA to AZ any information we needed or wanted about the area she had excellent recommendations for us. It made the transitioning much easier. Review I "met" Alyssa over the phone when I called, from my home in Washington State, to inquire about a Zillow listing. She was very responsive and offered to go to the home and do a Face Time walk through to answer my questions. When I found out the home was located on a dirt road I cancelled the date. However, I later spied a lovely home, contacted Alyssa, and she's been extraordinarily helpful in answering questions and doing an actual Face Time walk through. We loved the house, made an offer, and I traveled to Green Valley to see the home and meet Alyssa. She's conscientious, friendly, capable, and honorable. Quite seriously, though, I have worked with many real estate professionals over the last few decades but never someone like Alyssa. My goodness, if she were my daughter Id likely faint from pride. When Alyssa says shell call, she calls. If she agrees to an 11:00 meet time, shes there at 10:55. Alyssa actually talked us out of our first choice, because there looked to be several issues with the homeaEUR"costly and dangerous issues. One of these, by the way, was that even with the likely reduction from asking price, a sale price wouldnt fall to within our budget. Alyssa is honest, forthcoming, friendly, kind, fully informed about the market, highly professional, and she has a strong work ethic. So, I could restate my earlier comment.
