Not only does she know real estate like the back of her hand but she will do her research to make sure she's knowledgeable and familiar with the market in your area- if she isn't already. She is fun, professional, and responsive. I don't think a day went by throughout the entire process that we didn't talk and she was always there for it, day or night. Buying a house can be scary but Alyssa and her transaction coordinator Brittany made us feel so confident. I fired my previous realtor for not being responsive enough. Never an issue with Alyssa. I have high standards and can be demanding, she exceeded my expectations. If I ever had a question she had an answer in under 24hours, usually less. A lot of things I didn't understand but she explained clearly and concisely.
