I cannot recommend Alyssa enough. This was my first time buying a home, and the process went from feeling impossible to being exciting and easily manageable with Alyssa in my corner. Alyssa really listened to us as we toured homes and guided us to the homes we would like while not 'shutting down' other homes - but pointing out how our preferences might not be met with other homes. It was after we made an offer that she really shined (can we give more than 5 stars for process expertise?!?). She got an amazing home inspector (he noticed windows on the outside that had been walled-in!), got quotes for remediation and immediately worked with the selling agent to get the quotes on the table - oh, and we were hours away for all of this. She took SUCH GREAT care of us - while never being overbearing or in our faces. She truly respected us, our wishes, our decisions and helped us make a great purchase (we LOVE our new home).
