Having lived in the Northwest all her life, Alysha knows the Greater Puget Sound area very well. She is very close to her family, loves to travel, camp & enjoy the great outdoors Alysha brings experience like no other! Alysha has been a licensed realtor since September 2006. She has performed many duties during her years as a realtor; ranging from managing a foreclosure team that led to the sale of over 450 homes, also an individual realtor helping homeowners buy & sell and investors find the most profitable properties. In addition, Alysha originated home loans for Wells Fargo for two years. In total, Alysha has managed the sale of over 750 real estate transactions.

My grandmother was a realtor, as a young child I used to attend open houses and tour homes with her. It was until my late 20's when my daughter was in school that I started real estate. At that time I swiftly jumped and ran the 4th largest foreclosure team in Washington state at the time.
I have take certified negotiation expert classes. As well having been a loan officer two years which gives more experience as most realtors.
