ZillowVERIFIED Alysha was amazing! I was in the beginning phase of just browsing to get a feel for the MA area as I was moving from another state (MD) to MA for a job. Alysha was highly recommended and when I spoke to her on the phone, she was extremely down to earth and it didnt phase her when I gave her my long list of wants in a place and price, even when I stressed that I was just browsing and not in a rush to buy. She sent me daily emails of places that came on the market with most of my criteria and I decide to come into town one weekend (a month before I was suppose to move here) and she was able to fit me into her schedule at the last minute and show me quite a few places in a short time frame. Needless to say, I ended up putting an offer on a place she found that was a perfect location to my job and the airport for my travel needs! Her local knowledge and negotiation skills were great and I truly believe that was the reason why I was able to get the contract on the place in such a hot sellers market!
