Alyce was incredible to work with especially since we just met her through a referral. She took the time to get to know us personally and used that knowledge to guide us through the entire process. We continually asked her for information and she did immediate research on any local knowledge and provided answers in a quick and efficient manner. At one point in the process Alyce had a serious case of the flu and that did not deter her from accompanying us with the home inspector. Right down to the final walk through, Alyce was diligent and supported us with any and all of the nitty gritty details and follow through all the way to the closing. The best I can describe her is that she felt like a part of our family.

Alyce helped us buy our home in RI, in a very competitive market. We are moving from out of state; Alyce was very generous with her time to do detailed video showings. Because we are not very familiar with the area, she guided us in the right direction and always worked in our interest. Her communication was always prompt and with the right amount of detail.
