We called several brokers/agents in the Redondo Beach area with impressive credentials, albeit none called us back EXCEPT for Alon. We read his reviews and they were on spot! He responded within fifteen minutes and he was hired. He was indefatigable in his efforts to bring us an offer and he did - FIVE offers! unfortunately they didnt pan out through no fault of his. January is a slow month and due to the restrictions imposed by COVID it made it harder. Nevertheless, Alon did not give up. He tirelessly continued in his effort to bring us a solid buyer who was pre-approved. We finally got an excellent Buyer and closed escrow within 30 days! Alon worked with us from start to finish. He always kept us informed and did not miss a beat. We would recommend Alon to any seller who is in the market wanting to sell his/her property.

Alon helped us sell our old home within a week and above asking price with multiple offers in such a cooled down market! And that didn't come without good reason. Everything was perfectly done from the preparation of the house(super efficient with quality), staging(top notch), open house(full of guests) all the way through closing. Alon is not only professional, experienced and efficient, but also amazing to work with. Really cannot think of anything that any other agent could have done better.
