Alma was very professional, honest, and available on any day. She was extra helpful to get tasks done above and beyond the scope of her work. It helps to hire her especially when the person she represents lives out of the state the property being sold/bought is.

Alma has been amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to help my family get into our dream home. I would recommend her 10 out 10 for anybody looking into finding a home. She helped make this a super fast process, was always available for me whenever I had a question. She took in our personal situation and helped make sure we got a fast close and made sure I knew what I needed to do to keep things as smooth as possible. Every step of the way she was there, working with my work schedule to get me showings. Giving me all the information I needed to know about buying a home with a FHA loan. I couldn't ask for a smoother experience. Absolutely loved having her as my agent during my first time buying a home. Will definitely be recommending her to friends and family. I simply cannot thank her enough!

I cannot imagine navigating the home buying process without the immeasurable knowledge and flexibility our agent, Alma Rosa provided for us. Alma has an unmatched ability to help keep you at ease while also making sure that you are getting everything you want in a property. Alma became a trusted confidant and advisor, and when she finally told us that a property was a great fit for us, we knew that she was saying that as a friend, rather than someone who was just trying to make a sale. Alma truly loves what she does, and that makes a miserable experience a happy one. I will make sure that every single time I have a friend or relative who is looking to buy a house has Almas number, because I can't imagine placing my faith in anyone else for this process.

My wife and I truly enjoyed working with Alma. After one phone conversation with her about what we wanted in a home, we had about 10 homes lined up later that week. Each one was exactly what we were looking for and in the area of interest. Alma took our dream vision and made it a reality. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and professional. Alma is friendly, energetic, and hardworking. She truly knows the market and made great recommendations for us. She has our highest recommendation!

ALMA WAS EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Finding your forever home can be very nerve wracking and overwhelming but we knew we were in great hands as soon as we were introduced to Alma. She took the time to really get to know us this way she was able to show us houses that were a reflection of us. She even showed us homes that we may not even have thought of but she was on on point opening our eyes to other options. She is a true professional and knows her business. We are grateful to her for helping us find our dream home and for taking the time to go above and beyond finding us everything we wanted!!! You will be in EXCELLENT HANDS with Alma!
