ZillowVERIFIED Allyson Lang is one of most professional people Ive ever had the chance to meet. She went above and beyond to answer or follow up calls even as far as leaving a Christmas party to deliver great news of the seller accepting our offer. If that doesnt tell you what you need to know about Allyson Lang then I dont know what else to tell. Just a all out professional agent that will help you every step of the way.

ZillowVERIFIED Allyson is the best of the best! Within an hour of reaching out to her to start our home buying journey, she sent us several properties to look at and met with us the very next morning for showings. Our time with Allyson was short and sweet because she knew what we were looking for so well that we bought the second house she showed us that day! She was wonderful throughout the negotiation process to help us get where we wanted to be, and she made it all happen very quickly. She was always available and attentive whenever I had a question over the next 45 days to closing. She was so helpful to us from day one, particularly as first time home buyers. To add the icing on the cake, she even showed up to our final walk through on closing day with a beautiful plant for our new home and a bottle of wine to celebrate. I truly couldn't recommend working with Allyson more - you'll be so happy you did!

ZillowVERIFIED Allyson found us the perfect home for us. She listened to all of our needs, wants and budget and found us the perfect home. She is knowledgable and so helpful. She is also very patient. Allyson found us the perfect home and negotiated a really great price. It's amazing that she was able to do that with so little inventory and checking off every box on our wish list below budget! Thank you so much!

ZillowVERIFIED Allyson was the bomb dot com. She took us to at least 25 houses and totally understood how indecisive I was. She never made me feel like it was issue to keep looking and was super patient with us. She worked with us over the pandemic and was super flexible and in the end we bought our dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED Lets just say if it wasnt for Allyson I think Id still be paying a mortgage in a home I didnt live in. She helped me get what I needed to prepare my house for sale and was there every step of the way. Allyson helped me find my home back in 2014 and kept in contact. When i had to relocate she found renters for me and finally when i was ready to sell she was right there guiding me. Shes the most honest person I know and so glad to have met her. If you want your looking to buy or sell I suggest you call her. You will be glad you did! Thanks again Allyson.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Allyson (@AllysonLang) was a dream! When we reached out to Allyson to let her know we were ready to begin the home buying process she immediately scheduled an appointment to meet with us in person. We had spent several weeks browsing Zillow and attending open houses in the area prior to hiring her, and we were a little overwhelmed by all of the options. We knew the price range we were interested in, but little else. Allyson had a well prepared list of questions to help determine exactly what we were looking for in a home, and she made note of the features we considered aEURoemust havesaEUR?. She helped us pin down what was important to us, explained what to expect, and gave us recommendations as to we should be doing to make sure our paperwork and finances were in order.Allyson took our list of homes that we were interested in and again she immediately set up times for us to visit. I think our first visit was three days after we met with her. My work schedule means I'm unavailable during the day, but Allyson was very accommodating and set up appointments for later in the evening so I didnt have to miss time from work. One of my favorite things about going on these visits with Allyson is that she was professionally critical of the properties and would point out features that matched, or didnt match, the list of aEURoemust havesaEUR? we discussed previously. Its easy to fall in love with a property, but thankfully Allyson kept us grounded and made sure we were making good decisions. Allyson is extremely knowledgeable about the area and was able to provide excellent recommendations for inspectors and all of the other companies we needed to work with throughout this entire process. We had so many questions, and she responded to very email or text immediately with clear, detailed answers or she would say aEURoeLet me find out for you!aEUR? aEUR" and she would. We never had to ask the same question twice. Remember that long list of properties we gave to Allyson on our first meeting? Well, we ended up purchasing a place she found for us! We walked in the door about 3 hours after it had been listed. She saw the new listing, knew it was exactly what we were looking for, and scheduled a viewing that same day. The home inspection showed it needed a few repairs that took some time to complete, and Allyson was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. She communicated with the other Realtor effectively, and always passed along information quickly. In short, Allyson is an excellent Realtor because she is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and she has a flexible schedule. She listens well, is very engaging, and she has a wonderful personality! Were confident we made the right decision in the home we bought, and consider ourselves lucky to have had Allyson there guiding us the whole way!

ZillowVERIFIED We couldn't be happier with Allyson. She was extremely responsive and knowledgable. We had some difficulty in the final aspects of the purchase, and I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to walk us through the issues as methodically and calmly as she did. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Allyson was perfectly informative. We knew immediately that she knew her career and had our best interests in mind. She was brilliant through all of it; the minutiae and the most important parts. We have already recommended her to several of our friends and will continue to do so.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I found Allyson when we were looking to purchase our first home. After a great experience with her we called her when we were ready to sell that and buy our next home. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process, found us the perfect new home, and had our current home sold with a week of listing it! Home buying/selling can be very stressful but she was there every step of the way, going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. If you want someone who is responsive, friendly, and professional I definitely recommend contacting Allyson!

ZillowVERIFIED Allyson Lang is very knowledgeable with the current market. She facilitated the sale transaction of my parents rental property from the beginning of sale listing through the closing transactions. My parents live in Central Jersey and the rental property was located in Atlantic County. Despite the distance, Allyson dealt with the contractors instead of my parents. She explained thoroughly every step of the way throughout the process of selling a house. Allyson returned my calls and emails on a timely fashion. I would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Allyson Lang demonstrates the kind of professionalism and attention to the client that any first time homebuyer desperately doesn't even realize they need while going through one of the most important, and stressful, events of their lifetime. As our realtor, Allyson walked us through the process of buying our first home and never assumed anything, rather explained all steps in a way we could clearly understand. Her ability to relate to us as a nervous and sometimes bumbling buyer assured both my boyfriend and I that we were in great hands. Allyson put our minds at ease which allowed us to focus on what a tremendous and awesome accomplishment it is to make such an impactful purchase. We are settled in and happy in our new home! Allyson Lang truly helped to keep the smile on our faces throughout the entire journey.
