Even though she had her client's best interest at heart, she showed how ethical she is by ensuring that the deal was fair both ends. I knew at that point that I would be reaching out to her again. A few years and a couple rentals later we decided to look for a new home. This time to become first time homeowners! She was there every step of the way. She doesn't waste time and she gets you what you want! She made herself more than available and made me feel like I was her ONLY priority. Ally literally fights battles in the background that you don't even know is happening. If it wasn't for her being my realtor, I am confident that I wouldn't be a homeowner today. She is not a realtor that is trying to just close out a deal and get paid. She is the realtor that listens to your needs and delivers. She is literally a beast when it comes to her clients! They were very happy with the villa they purchased and everything she did for them. I just sold my condo and I didn't think twice about who I wanted to use as my realtor. In the Real Estate world, Ally Miller did just that and more. I have parents who are in their 80"s who wanted to sell their house and move into a retirement home. From beginning to end, Ally Miller was professional and dedicated not only to the sale of the home, but a trusted friend to my parents she previously never met. She treated my parents like they were hers and that's something special you just don't see or expect. In reality, with both parents being older and extremely difficult to deal with, she made everything from straightening up the house before every showing to helping my parents with issues not even pertaining to the sale. And with all of the obstacles Ally had to deal with, she was still able to sell the property at more than what I considered fair market value. Simply put, a magician couldn't have done better. Ally Miller is SIMPLY THE BEST!

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking online for a real estate agent while we were visiting friends in FL in March of 2018 and found one quite by chance simply because her office was minutes away from where we were staying. We made an appointment with Ally Miller and the fun began. She is one of the most knowledgeable, bright people we both have ever met. We described to her exactly what we were looking for and more of what we were NOT looking for. She made appointments right away that week for us to look at 9 homes within 2 days. Unfortunately, we did not find a home that trip, but Ally never stopped working for us from that day forward. Ally and I conversed nearly every day after that, via phone, email, text, and not to mention Facetime walk-throughs in homes we thought might be "the one". If she wasn't available, she called/texted back instantly when possible. FINALLY, we found "the houseaEUR?, made an offer and flew to FL for inspection. She did all the negotiations for us without us being there and thanks to technology we were able to retrieve our mortgage, title, insurance, etc., and Ally made it all happen. We closed on our house and before heading back to NJ, we needed to put out trash for pick up the following day. Ally offered to go there the next day JUST to return the bins to our garage for us; that's over and above, don't you think? Ally Miller should get a 100 star rating and if that's possible, I'll give her that.
