Be prepared and move quickly. In today’s competitive market, having a pre-approval in place and a clear idea of your must-haves will help you act with confidence. Work with an agent who listens closely to your needs and can guide you through each step so you feel supported from start to finish.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Presentation is everything. Partner with a team like The Gill Group that offers professional staging, high-quality photography, and strategic marketing to showcase your home in its best light. Pricing your property accurately from the start will help generate interest and attract serious buyers.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, growing families, downsizers, luxury home sellers, and investors. My background in property management and my own experience as an investment property owner give me a unique perspective when helping both buyers and sellers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my favorite recent transactions was helping a young family sell their starter home and find their forever home in Bergen County.
