ZillowVERIFIEDLet me start by saying how amazing and absolutely wonderful Allison is. I had previously had my house on the market with my previous agent for 7 months with only 2 offers that would have required 20 thousand or more out of my own pocket to close on the house. After, canceling my contract with that agent Allisons was high recommended to me by one of my neighbors. I got on a call with Allison and laid out the full situation with the house. Everything from how long its listened to how much money I had to close on the house and how much of pain it had been. Allison listened to everything and sent me realistic seller net sheets for different prices of what my house could be sold at. She was communicative through the whole process and after just a few days on the market we got a solid offer and closed on the house within 20 days. After 7 months of a painful process Allison was able to take over close the house within less than 30 days and at a higher priced than I was previously offered. I could not recommend her more

ZillowVERIFIED From the beginning Allison was professional and had a great understanding of the market. She was also great in finding professionals to help deal with a few issues that came up with the inspection and smoothing them out with the buying agent. We sold for what we were asking for in less than a week! The only issue was that the only time I met her in person was when we sat down for a presale interview. This would be fine for the most part except it would have been really great to have had her at the closing. She had double booked for that time slot. There was a $1,000 mistake on the contract that thankfully I caught, but it would have been easy to miss and her associate who came instead, who was a great guy, but had no way of recognizing this mistake as he wasnt familiar with the deal. I would still highly recommend her as I think she knows the market well and will work hard for you:)

ZillowVERIFIED Throughout my homebuying process Allison was very responsive and laid everything out so I understood exactly what was going on. I could ask the most complex or basic question and she made sure to answer in a way that I understood and was comfortable with. She also is very realistic and even though she made sure I set my expectations to not be disappointed if I didn't get the house I wanted, she also did everything she could to make me the best candidate (and spoiler alert I got the house and I'm in love). I also appreciated that Allison works with great people. She recommended an inspector who was so thorough and patient I feel like I really know my house now. I legitimately spoke to Allison more during my homebuying process than I spoke to my own mother, she is exactly the person you want helping you. I have recommended her to all of my friends!
