From the beginning Allison was professional and had a great understanding of the market. She was also great in finding professionals to help deal with a few issues that came up with the inspection and smoothing them out with the buying agent. We sold for what we were asking for in less than a week! The only issue was that the only time I met her in person was when we sat down for a presale interview. This would be fine for the most part except it would have been really great to have had her at the closing. She had double booked for that time slot. There was a $1,000 mistake on the contract that thankfully I caught, but it would have been easy to miss and her associate who came instead, who was a great guy, but had no way of recognizing this mistake as he wasnt familiar with the deal. I would still highly recommend her as I think she knows the market well and will work hard for you:)
