Let's do a walk around about three months before you sell. If I can help you direct $1,000 into repairs and it will get you $5,000 back we want to work on those repairs before we list the home. It's terrible when I show up at a home and they have spent $10,000 in repairs and we will not get it back. We discuss the market and your wants and needs, then write out a plan that is good for you.
I love the diversity of pricing in the Long Beach/ Lakewood area. We have something for everyone. Condos that are in the 200k range and homes in Naples over two million.
I love helping out of area sellers or trust/probate clients get the most money for their homes. A lot of time I will arrange the work as they are out of state. When they see the difference it can make for an elderly parent they are very happy. I want my sellers getting the most money that they can get.
I was an accounting major that was always interested in real estate. I switched to marketing as I could not sit for eight hours- loved the marketing aspect. I love people. Real estate is a combination of all of that but you have a lot of interaction with people.
