ZillowVERIFIEDTo start off we had a different realtor with the same company and we ended up switching and once we did we started working with Allison we were able to sell our house in a timely manner we appreciate everything she did for us if she communicated very well with us. We will always be grateful for ya! Thank you it was a pleasure to work with you.
ZillowVERIFIEDIt's an absolute pleasure to share my outstanding experience working with Allison Silva during my recent home buying journey in the Jacksonville area! From our very first conversation she took the time to truly understand my needs and preferences, and the property recommendations provided were spot on. Beyond just finding the right properties, Allison's expertise truly shone during the negotiation process. She navigated every step with skill and confidence, advocating for my best interests and ultimately securing a fantastic deal. I am very impressed by her strategic thinking and calm demeanor. Throughout the entire process, Allison was incredibly responsive and communicative, I never felt like I was left in the dark. She promptly answered all my questions, kept me informed of every development, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. Buying a home can be a stressful experience, but Allison's professionalism and warm personality made it feel seamless and even enjoyable. If anyone is looking for a real estate agent in the Jacksonville area who is knowledgeable, dedicated, and truly cares about their clients, I wholeheartedly recommend Allison Silva. She is a true gem, and I am so grateful for her guidance in finding my perfect home!
ZillowVERIFIEDAllison did an excellent job in helping us buy our house. She listened to what we were looking for and led us to our dream home! Allisons attention to detail and organization made the home buying process smooth and stress free. Allison is friendly, professional, responsive and absolutely the best!
ZillowVERIFIEDOverall we were blessed to have allison, she knew just how to handle things for us especially as first time homebuyers! We have already recommended her to our friend! Allison will be a friend and we appreciate her and all her knowledge and support through the home buying process
ZillowVERIFIEDI gave Allison some parameters on what I was looking for and she nailed it! When looking for homes in the past, other realtors showed me homes that were close to the mark, but usually not what I was looking for. They would also take me to homes that were beyond my price limit. I did not have that kind of experience with Allison! Allison found multiple homes that were perfect . . . I just had to choose which I liked best. I decided to go with a new construction home and it is perfect. Thank you for your hard work! She was also quick to respond to all my questions. She will be my go to realtor if I ever decide to purchase a property again!
ZillowVERIFIEDAllison did an amazing job helping us find our forever home. She is upfront, honest, and a genuine good person all around. She knows the area, has plenty of knowledge on homes and home buying, and will do whatever it takes to make sure you get a home you love! We are so lucky to have found a realtor with her expertise.
