With a background in the independent music industry, Allison has a storied history of supporting the underdog and fighting for change. The music industry also gave her a rock solid two decades of experience in contract law, negotiation, marketing, sales, project and event management, and accountability - as well as a slightly less useful but nonetheless encyclopedic knowledge of vinyl record manufacturing. "I became a Realtor because I love real property - investment, renovation, construction, architecture and design. But most importantly, I became a Realtor because my own experiences working with real estate professionals were a disappointment, and I knew that the real estate industry needed more people who were willing to stand for change. I'm committed to supporting and empowering our local communities. I aim to create a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all."
