ZillowVERIFIEDWhen we went to purchase our home this time around, Erica was the only agent we contacted. She has been a big help and goes out of her way to accommodate our schedules and requests. Would highly recommend hiring her when selling or purchasing your home.

ZillowVERIFIED I love my realtor Erica! She has kept in touch with me 2 years after the purchase of my new home. But most important was her patience in helping me find a new home after my husband passed away.

ZillowVERIFIED We went through 2 or 3 realtors before finding Erica through Allison and she was simply fantastic. She took so much time and effort into finding the perfect home for us. She was always readily available to communicate and set up time to show us any property of interest as quickly as possible. It always seemed as if it was a nuisance to ask previous realtors for help or clarification, but not with Erica. We have finally found our dream home and owe it all to her! We strongly recommend Allison and all of the wonderful people she works with.

ZillowVERIFIED Allison is very professional and gave candid feed back during our housing search/sell processes. It's refreshing to have a realtor work in your best interests as opposed to there's. I will definitely use Allison next time we go to buy/sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Allison sold our Brookside home in one day and then helped us buy our current home in our dream Leawood neighborhood, off-market. She and her team promptly answered our questions throughout the process. We felt assured that she could navigate any situation that came up in this competitive market. Months after moving in, Allison is still a helpful resource for contractor referrals.

ZillowVERIFIED When my husband and I considered getting out of the rental business and selling our duplex we consulted with Allison. During the tour of the property she asked us what we were looking to get for the duplex and my husband's response, "Just get me the maximum." We listened to Allison's suggestions and proceeded to complete the additional upgrades she had recommended. When it went on the market we never imagined we could get the asking price but Allison had multiple offers immediately and we sold the duplex for $20,000 over asking price. My husband now calls her "Maximum Allison" and believe me the name fits!

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Allison since childhood, and she is one of the hardest working people I know. She is the real deal when it comes to buying or selling your home. She gives you straightforward honest advice, makes the homebuying process less stressful, manages the negotiation process to help get you what you want, available and responsive, her team is great to work with, the list goes on. She has sold and bought homes for my siblings and parents, our family wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Allison & James were fantastic to work with. Allison met with us to begin the process of listing our house and laid out a detailed plan. A few days later we had our house on the market and within 48 hours we were negotiating with multiple parties. We accepted an offer the next morning for over our asking price. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for help with their real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Allison is a rock star and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She will take care of all of your real estate needs and give you greater attention and better service than you ever thought you could get from a real estate agent.I first met Allison at Rockhurst University and, through running a small real estate business, I constantly have questions and ideas, which she has been my go to for years and has never steered me wrong. She's patient and understanding and always seems to come up with a creative idea or solution to keep me moving forward.Allison and her team helped my small business locate and purchase another great property earlier this year. Will be undoubtedly be continuing to rely on Allison for years to come.

ZillowVERIFIED Allison is absolutely amazing. We closed a week before Christmas and with 3 kids we expected it to be hectic and scary. The process was so great working with Allison. Every question or concern she was ahead of the game and working extremely hard to make it easy for us. We not only got in our home but had our first Christmas there, couldnt have been a more perfect Christmas morning. When I say Allison works hard it is an understatement, she is best and I wouldnt recommend any other person. Having her help us in the buying of our home is the best decision we made. Thank you Allison and if we ever sell or want to buy again I know Ill be contacting you.

ZillowVERIFIED Allison has helped us purchase and sell our home, both while working through our relocation company for work. She made the process seamless, and spent the time that we needed, relocating to a new city! It was such a weight off our shoulders to have her deal directly with the company, following their guidelines, and searching properties she knew we would love! Would absolutely work with Allison again and recommend her as an agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Allison helped us purchase our first home as a married couple in Brookside. It was a multiple offer situation but her relationship with the listing agent helped us snag the house! She also helped us work through some inspection items that needed to be remedied prior to moving in. We love our neighborhood and so glad that Allison was able to help us get our home!

ZillowVERIFIED Allison helped prepare our home for the market which got us a quick sale! She recommended making some repairs prior to listing and even gave us quality contractor recommendations to assist with the process. We had multiple offers and she walked us through which one would be best for our situation. We also used her to buy and help through negotiating some needed repairs on the new house. We already recommended her to our parents who bought a place recently in KC. Great agent and great friend!

ZillowVERIFIED Allison Rank is the neighborhood expert at Northridge of Piper Estates. She sold my home which was a little bit of a challenge because it only had a 2 car garage. ZillowVERIFIED Allison is THE expert in Piper along with the KC Metro. Allison works harder than any agent in the business. She brings knowledge and a negotiation expertise that's powerful for a buyer or seller. For us, she was able to schedule a time to view the house on short notice and write an offer in a time frame that allowed us to compete for a property. In our case, we got into a bidding war for our house and her negotiations won us the day. Her advice brought calm to a crazy situation and helped us stick to our guns. She's the best and I would recommend her any day of the week.

ZillowVERIFIED Allison and her team were amazing professionals! I would and already have recommended them to work colleagues! They were quick at getting us listed and under contract on our future home! They worked with us to get listing description that was inviting to potential buyers and had excellent photographs- the photographer was here for several hours getting all the angles to showcase our home. The drone was an extra touch that really set our listing apart. Due to a family issue, we are not able to stay listed, but the last month working with them as been a delight! Both Allison and Erica are expectional people and will listen to help you find what you need on any side of the transaction. They bring a full bucket of resources to help you prepare your home for sale and connections for rehabs on your future home. I look forward to referring more clients there way and to my future work with them when our life situation permits listing again! Thanks team!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Allison was referred to us because she is known as one of the top selling agents in our area. Our home was in the upper price range for the area and we knew it would not be an easy or quick sale. However, Allison did get it sold. The buyer had issues closing the day of but we were able to work out a solution. It was a very stressful day but Allison got us through it.

ZillowVERIFIED "I tried to sell my house with 3 different agents before meeting Allison. I told her it was an unsellable house and she told me that it would continue to be unless I hired her and did the things she told me to do. After reviewing her sales history, I believed that she might be the gal to get it done and she proved to be right. It sold for exactly the price she told me it would sell for and within the time frame she quoted. I was honestly in disbelief when we went under contract. You can tell that Allison truly cares about what is best for her clients and doesn't just blow smoke or tell you what you want to hear. I work in sales myself and it's hard to find authentic people sometimes in the industry, but she is one of them. I highly recommend"
