This was and will probably be the best experience i could have hoped for. Allison was very professional and helped us with any question or concern we had. She did everything she could to help us find the right neighborhood and home. I will recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a house to her. She worked her butt off to get us exactly what we asked for. She was a fantastic realtor and we now consider her a friend. Loved every minute of it! Allison continually updated us on the process of buying the house. We recieved updates on on paperwork that needed to be signed right away. She made sure we didn't have any surprises. We came with us to inspect the house just about every week. She kept us up to date with the building progress. She broke down the process of buying the house in a simple, easy to understand way. That was very important to us because we were a first time home buyer. She nailed all aspects of what a good realtor should be. Very informative, fought for us when plans were changing, incredibly nice and always had a smile on her face! I don't think our first time buying a house could have gone any better. Very happy with our house, our realtor and everyone who helped along the way. We're very excited to start a new chapter in our lives in a beautiful home!
